Ive watched the interview with the crew behind the drama, they wanted to inspired the drama based on Hong Kong movies of the 90's and if you watch some of those movies there is a lot of smoke and gore, since the drama is not based in anything they can create the world they want and use elements from different countries same era, and Im ok with it this is not a historical/real life events drama it is a make believe and I loved the atmosphere they created they are all raw no dolled up actors like regular Korean dramas.

Give Ji Chang Wook action, thrillers with a bit of romance in it and I am happy.

I think they need to give a story to Ki Chul, since IMO he is not completely evil w/o remorse, like when his bestie die, or his connection to FL who he met before him becoming the gangster he is, I think it was necessary and we might find out more about Jinmu and wife as well.

with some kdrama tropes thrown at it. Me liking it!

oh so i guess living in the USA and paying for Iqiyi, Netflix, Hulu, Viki and any other Asian platform doesn't matter specially Chinese ones. I thought I was been supportive of the content and actors I like. I guess I was being a fool.

i don't care about the thriller, the other plots I only care about how cute and chaotic this couple journey has been since episode 1 to 12 so far like I lol by myself watching them flirt and I cant wait for their happy ending!

they were happy but with this mission I don't know as you say I think this will be a ride or die not the other...IMO

There is already adding up to the angst, but there is much more to it we had just a few scenes in 3 eps about it and I think WHJ character is kind of delulu Ive since that's her first love when he was not evil, there is such an entanglement because of the undercover playing, that there will be so much backstabbing and the couple in the middle of it I actually feel bad for them. But we will see how it plays out.

I love this drama actually has the mid 90's vibe with everything even the actors are not all dolled up it looks like noir thriller movie long length....and people stop about it could be better without the triangle...there is not fucking triangle...it is a f... mess this undercover mission for the married couple now the wife will go on a mission to protect the husband while pretending to carry on the evil guy that thinks he is not evil while he remembers his first love before everything went awry for him.....so can't wait how this freaking mess will untangle

ps: Can I take a few moments to express my disappointment for Taeho only being in the drama for 26.20 mins in....he was so cute, loyal, badass and cool. The End!

Its a binge if you can wait, I will see next 2 episodes anyways it is a short drama 12 episodes will be done end of october

lol what love triangle you guys are seeing that I can't see? Bad guy went completely evil he is a freaking killer and gangster, I guess the idea of his first love and meeting her took him back to when he was not evil, and so far this is life and death situations for both wife and husband since they are cops wife is linked to both male leads past and present, she will go undercover in next episodes......there will be a lot of backstabbing or pretending ones....so I can't wait.... Wife doesn't seem the type of cheating or had feelings for evil boy, she loves her husband she probably will accept the mission to protect him without him knowing or something will go awry at some point....that's my take on the "triangle"

The FL will join to protect husband will play the first love that still has a soft spot for her, at some point they will all be caught up in lies, backstabing, etc. FL doesn't seem the kind to cheat on the husband but she being a cop can put her life for him and he will get it all wrong bec the other cops will not tell him she is there to protect him once she goes on the mission that's my take about the FL is not about romance, bad guy went bad long ago maybe will try to rekindle his love for FL because it would take him back to before he became evil. That's my take in the whole Husband-wife-fist love situation....

I agree with you, about the script like I love mix of genres, some are done perfection for me ie Vincenzo, From Now on Showtime, Mystic Pop Up Bar, etc. But here is like they started at one point with the spells then there were no spells, then there is the stalker, I kind FF to those and the ex and only enjoy the office people, Main Couple everymoment because they are a delight to watch, and also MC + 2ML lol the 3 of them are hilarious, sometimes I feel like Im watching 2 dramas in one like it happens sometimes, but Ill watch until the end, and I will wait for this Hong sisters project if they give me what they gave me in AOS Ill be camping in that page until the day it ends.

I first spotted her in a boys band with Lee Min Ki drama can't remember the name and then I've watched all her dramas since then unfortunately for like 2 years they type casted her in evil characters or antagonist ones like more 2FL but she sines I was excited when she start having ML roles only right before Forest with Sweet Stranger she start having only Main roles, and I can't freaking wait for this project to come to us and Im enjoying her with Rowoon right now.

Im not confused I think I got everything, we just need to find out two things how the father lost the hearing and I have a theory that Kyeong might be from the future at some point since ahjumma said she went aboard after 11th grade, also If Kyeong from the future stays that won't fall for mom and it will be his mission to make his dad fall for his mom, something like back to the future storyline.

Father became deaf (we don't know the reasons yet) when people can't listen somehow even if they knew how to talk the lose the ability to because psychological reasons that's the case of the dad, Mom was born deaf and brother probably inherited from her, EunGyeol is the only one that can hear since he probably inherited from his dad or it is possible two deaf people can brith a completely non-deaf baby.

the mother is the deaf girl, (arts painting) father was born fine he probably lost his hearing/voice in an accident or something....

I was going to take a peek and I stayed the whole entire 2 first episodes and didn't want it to end because now I wanna know whats gonna happen....love everything that is connected to parenting and teenagers.....Im a single mom of 2 teenagers at the moment so it really hits home this kind of dramas!
