Lmao exactly that happens to me, like i see so many people hyping over a drama I dont like I dont see chemistry I dont like the plot i used to think there was something wrong with me, but i found the cure I try a drama if by episode 1 end of episode is the hook or let go, if I like it I stay if I don't I move on, and I could careless about the hype or not hype, I know everyone likes or look for something different in dramas as you said there are so many dramas out there old, new different countries you can move on to. I just don't waste my time in a drama I know I don't like and would never like as the poster here said Bulgasal, that was the only drama I waited until like ep 6 bec i liked all cast members but it never hooked me. This one did by end of episode 1 it did and for me I think its promising Im watching bec of Jo Bo Ah Rowoon I only watched him in 2 dramas and its because his FL's lol but here he has another take on roles he has taken and he has a fan base so I don't think this will do bad.

I think that's the point she is a pushover in first and second eps. but by the end of ep 2 we see she will start using the spell book, we will see if the spells work on the people she probably will get back at but I think every time she makes one spell from that book it causes the ML side effects, we will see next week.

Let's wait remember he already acknowledge of his feelings for her but she hasn't she still stuck to that scholar that I can't stand.....alhough she unconciously cares and longs for JH she will eventually will be a wild one just wait I can tell both characters are ahead of their time....and they are meant to be.

Indeed I actually enjoy this kind of adult theme chdramas that look so relatable than the other rom-com chdramas with younger main leads it is just the wait they talk it irritates me lol Elvira is so f.. classy Ive watch all of her dramas and she is chamaleonic she nails all of her roles...and Elvis I think is my 2nd drama with him but I was waiting for it bec it was with Elvira but I don't regret.

Same, it is just that I noticed last week and then in ep 7 they repeated or told JH why he didn't tell GC about he was the one that battle the 1vs17 lol so I remembered they also made a huge thing with Go Youn Jung battle too....And agree these two shows are quality perfection to me no buts in either and totally different arcs and periods lol but the acting in both is top notch same with all of the other stuff.

Yes and it seems Ep 3 will be much more fun also with her doing the spells I wonder the outcome.

same same lol someone once told me if I was PR for underrated dramas once lol because I tend to go on different social medias to spread the love lol and I did with this one but once we hit the 8% I stopped lol so i just comment it is rising on its own

My Dearest well deserved namkoong min and ahn eun jin journey is so well acted they eating their roles and leaving no crumbs so is the crew and supporting actors.........

Edit: Wow finally they wrote NKM and AEJ drama because the latter is killing it on her role, NKM we know he would but he is also marvelous in this one.....

i know but is joseon era she is a lady, she still doesnt want to see what is in front of her but she is also daring, looking for her man to come out of brothel lol that's what I like these two characters they both stuborns but know right now they have their priorities all screwed up but I know eventually they will fall so hard that we will have no mercy watching that journey.

I do like noona romances but like 5 or 6 years apart max, but I don't know if I will ever watch an age gap of 14 years. Maybe my mother instic kicks in since I have boys around that age 24-19 and i can't get into the romance aspect for same reasons, I know love is love but I cant get into a romance with that big of an age gap specially with so many actors her age or actresses his age or around. Unless the source material has that big of a gap. Who knows but not interested tbh.... I like both actors but separately i don't think I can visualize them into a romantic relationship or rom-com or melodrama with romance.

Problem is that she really is a good actress getting the hate from international fans, fortunately she is well loved in Korea otherwise they wouldn't giving her all these dramas.
