open ending maybe he is gumiho they never die, did you see how imoogi dissapear in the water he wasn't a God, Lee yeon was so Im thinking he just stood still there until the blind guy who is the God of Gods did the trade......so there should be an easter egg somewhere or the thought of it

I didnt enjoy A Korean odissey or Bride of Habaek but I did love this one so is a personal taste....try I never ever go for the hype or lack of in a drama.....

Where is the mess for you? I understood everything although I think it was an open ending....Lee Rang told him he was a Gumiho/tail fox they never die so I still think also Lee Rang is somewhere....

Nooooo, like I watch it for Kim Bum and Jo Bo Ah but I knew he was going to be some kind of villain but he got me so attached to his character i cried half the episode because of Lee Rang couldn't get it together an could careless about their happy ending bec there was no Lee Rang I knew he was going to die eventually just hit me hard.....and the ending for me is an open ending if the drama did good they might make it what the drama should be about gumiho hunting supernatural spirits...it could be cool him trying to hide it from Ji Ah or working with Ji Ah and the rest hunting supernatural stuff....

we knew imoogi was the bad guy was going to die Im not mad, Im not even mad that Lee Rang died I knew since episode 3 he was going to BUT BUT Im devastating he grew on me as character Lee Rang was just a puppy to me......like I wanted to have him on my pocket for the last episodes.....a big 600 years old kid....and I cried i cried a lot....

So thoughts, that ending? WTH is an open ending? I wasn't even expecting it....also Lee Rangs video let's meet again....hmmmmm

Watch it and decide yourself this forum is not the best lover of this drama....go to YT, IG, Twitter etc. and there is the love for this drama......

I cried for 15 mins in a row I couldn't even feel happy about Lee yeon coming back and them reunited bec I kept crying never I have ever cried so emotionally for a fictional character departure which I knew by episode 2 or 3 he was going to die this way...but then saw his reincarnation and I moved on and then that ending gave me hope :)

Great wrap up!!!!!

1. First time I cried buckets but I MEAN my eyes are swollen for a character other than the main leads.
2. I knew about the couple ending predictable, I guess that side ending overshadowed the HPE for me but then that little surprise made me move over.
3. That ending/beginning wasn't expecting it but was a great great surprise it's like we went to where we start of.

Great job to the whole cast and crew will be a memorable drama for me. I can't get over about that "special character" that stole the show for me.

No you are not, I love Bo Ah's duality changes in her previous roles so this was really fit for her. The romance I blame it on the writing kind of rushy for a 600 years romance but still was better than twilight lol their offscreen interaction is off the charts they could have used that spark but nothing is perfect.

selfish biaaaatch? wow we are watching different dramas, becqause when in both of her lives, first time she died for him and second she tried to but Lee Yeon didnt let her I wouldn't do that for my pet that's how selfish I am. About ratings only here on MDL because apparenty this is the real academy of dramas association. But IG, YT, and twitter is very popular international and Korean fans, the ratings for Korea for a cable network is +5 which is very high for a Wed-Thur night drama also it wasn't even on Netflix which helps international fans it didnt needed it, this drama has a great international follow I live in the USA but it is huuuuuge with Brazil and latin america.

The romance is a device, I love this genre and romance and tbh they focused on other things but the romance which make the romance weak IMO. As an assembled cast the best. Lee Rang my favorite character kuddos to Kim Bum to create LR I even liked the Imoogi guy lol

to each its own....I blame the writing actors did all they could you can see how they act when together offscreen...its a shame they lost the spark......
