For the genre, I believe they did an excellent job! In my opinion, there were very few "secondary" characters.…
Agreeed!!!!! They put a lot of efforts for our entertainment cast and crew for 7 months specially in these times we are living so very well appreciated.....

I cried when he sacrificed himself waiting for his new found family, like rivers, then his grave at the mountain…
I know it kept the mistery of episode 1 alive :)

I just loved each one of the main characters dedication on IG to all fans out there of this drama, specially the one from LDW he talked about working for 7 months non stop and all the efforts they put, actors and crew specially in these times to create this world for our entertainment, he understood nothing could be perfect but he still thank everyone and every single fan for watching. My respects from this fan and all your efforts very appreciated! I have never watched anything with him until now I tuned in bec of my love for Jo Bo Ah and Kim Bum's come back but I also got hooked by the Wookie.

That's my surprise, I knew he would die sacrificing for his brother but then I saw him all happy and then he died until the last minute it was so hard to swallow lol I literally cried like a little girl that whole time.....all the way until Yeon showed up again as a fox with his sword END credits.... then I had hope I never read fan fictions I would read one where Lee Yeon goes and gets Lee Rang back :)

I loved this drama until the final episode. Didn’t like it at all.
I liked it, speciallly the last scene. I was unhappy tho it took me a day to recover from a fictional character death but Im moving over now til next Wednesday.

Title Tale of the Nine-Tailed Spoiler
I understand that Rang did kill a lot of innocents and thus many people think that he deserved to sacrifice himself…
I think sometime passed like 6 months for Lee Yeon to come back anyways we as viewers didnt have enough time to mourn Rang but time passed in the drama, I was still crying my eyes out for Lee Rang and they were already getting married I couldnt enjoy anything after that....and I dont think that was his reincarnation it doesn't add up in years, unless they can switch souls or something, And that ending was the only thing got me over Rang's death that Yeon will ever be a fox, did you see how Imoogi dissapear in the river like dead Lee Yeon didn't he was a God and as Rang told Yeon he wouldn't die in the river only thing he would just stay there forever but the guy Lee Rang chased after was like a God among Gods and If I recall well something related to that river so he only did the switch......the way they ended it, was kind of open for a Season 2 in my opinion also Lee Rang told Yeon in his message Let's meet again.

i am ugly crying seeing the video message yeon left for rang...
I cried when he sacrificed himself waiting for his new found family, like rivers, then his grave at the mountain with his picture on it and the family I cried again rivers. And then the video message got my eyes bowling out like half of the episode was crying over Lee Rang I couldn't careless for anything else, I never thought I would react that way. Maybe I had higher expectations for him to live and got burned at the end.

The only thing good about this inconsistent drama is Lee Rang... I swear I would have stopped watching if it wasn't…
I think we have to agree on this, that he did a great job at becoming Rang, like he does childish, rogue killing people but you still feel sympathy for the character and get to love him the actual anti hero and to love a character like that takes some special charm and acting. So far I think his character was the one everyone got more invested in, he didn't even had a romance line, the writers and Kim Bum did a great job in writing and the character development for Lee Rang eventho we all knew his foreshadowing ending. Well the drama had 3 main leads since the beginning and that's how it was marketed, the couple story (LDW & JBA) plus Lee Rang (KB).

Good ending for the puppy dog boy? Mark as spoiler pse. Thks
Im not unhappy specially bec Yeon still a fox so Rang's sacrifice wa s for something. But because of Rang I was devastating never I have ever cried for a fictional character I still can't get over his death eventho I saw it coming from earlier episodes.

*SIGH* people love to casually hate the FL dude, in every damn kdrama, I’m telling you, no one is satisfied,…
completely agree, but I feel some fans cannot spread hate for the male leads and rather do it to the FL, I love LDW and Kim Bum and love their characters and I think the writers made more justice and work harder in that relationship than in the developing of the female character as a stand alone, but they also had some cringe moments and their characters had inconsistency but the drama as a whole brought the best on each one and they did a good job on what was given to them.

Nope, not bad at all. Are they planning a season 2 or what? Did LDW have a tight contract that stated that he…
I understood, he just spent a few months in the river alive he is a fox as Lee Rang told him he never die the clarivoyant guy was the runner of the river in disguise and a high God higher than Talupa Tulipa granny lol so Lee Rang went after him since they Lee yeon and Rang knew about it so he found him so he traded himself for yeon, i think it is all an open ending he still a fox .
