Going through the same emotions. Does it get better?
haha, yeah I don't know how I will get through this but I will not be watching it again based on how I feel about it atp. I am putting off watching it further until I feel stronger.

I wasn't comparing plots. I was comparing the discomfort I felt while watching some of the bullying, assault and unfairness which are common themes. The shows are all very different. I had to take breaks while watching King Of Pigs but somehow I could push through. Similarly with The Glory, I could push through with the bullying and other scenes. But with Save Me I am finding it too hard to watch unless I watch in 2x. Maybe my tolerance at the moment for this kind of thriller is low.

I see you rated it an 8 so you did like it? I keep trying to put off watching this show because it feels like it might be tragic. Even though it has 2 heroes, I'm getting too many bad vibes. Doesn't feel like the regular, taking down of the bad guy. On top of it, there seems to be sexual assault in the picture which is also making me uncomfortable. Maybe I just picked the wrong time to watch this.
Please spoiler me! I am on beginning of ep4 (14m) and Gong Zi Yu seems kind of stupid, is he still playing pretend…
I'm only in ep 12 (beginning) but he has both mommy and daddy issues which is why he is the way he is. He is slowly discovering what his parents were like and dealing with them. I don't think he is stupid though. More like thrown into a position of responsibility that he never wanted in the first place and trying to live up to the expectations despite being clueless. Change will probably be gradual but he has several mentors.
