Many people start reviewing very early on so that they get a lot of likes on their reviews. You can see most top rated reviews started long before the show ended.

Is it my imagination or did the gap between ep 6 and 7 seem long?

Similarly the drama is available for the public to see and some will like it and some won't like it. I am not going to compare it to the original since I haven't watched it but I have seen dark romances that were enjoyable despite me disliking a main character.

- I deduct points for rapist-victim happy endings. On top of that he repeatedly raped his partner. And frankly they didn't build their relationship. Lu Feng love bombed Yi Chen. It was always uncomfortable.
- To make matters worse, this drama makes excuses for bad behaviour and blames it all on mental illnesses as if mentally ill people are not ostracised by community and society already.
- The plot was severely lacking in the second half of the drama. Being held hostage was the most mind-numbingly boring part of the whole drama.
- Besides Ayden, there wasn't much scope for acting for the other characters. Open fish mouth scenes and squatting while looking up moments were overdone and I was sick of it!
- And then you add in AI for transition scenes???

It's just ridiculous that this show should be compared to other far stronger storylines, character developments, strong leading characters, good dialogues, etc.

For you it seems like my score was thoughtless but IF I was actually able to enjoy this drama, I would have given it an 8 at least. I found the last episode AWFUL. I was trying to finish it asap.

You can just accept that we will not see eye to eye on how we feel about this drama because it sincerely doesn't matter to me how you feel about my rating.

I don't think this drama should have had a happy ending either. I would have appreciated it more. It makes people think that a mental illness is an excuse to treat people badly.

Yeah I reduced the rating further coz of AI use. I mean people who have no problem with rape can't be expected to lower rating for problems like AI that is destroying fresh water sources and destroying our planet now can they?

It is for those that hate AI usage and avoid gen AI because they understand the damage. I don't understand why they needed to generate so many scenes with AI when they can easily use drones. AI destroys our environment and it should be considered a problem. We should try to dissuade productions from using it.

Don't focus on the drama. If your symptoms are affecting aspects of your daily life, that's enough sign for you to speak to a professional. Just don't ignore it please.

I'd say Borderline Personality Disorder with perhaps delusions sounds more probable than bipolar. I feel like the writers read BPD and confused the two.

It's not about being rich but in a professional setting, if a patient is violent, the doctor has protections like staff handy or an escape route. Similarly, a patient has protections from being harmed. Also, in a hotel room, a patient can claim the doctor assaulted him and the doctor can lose their license. At least the doctor should not visit their patient alone for these reasons.

Yes, it's one thing to share the diagnosis and treatment plan and completely different to share the entire medical file.

Hah! I forgot about the whole gun issue just because I was glad YiChen was no longer hostage. That should have been a police case even if people are rich. This drama took too many liberties on every issue you've mentioned.
