yes gao tu visited hua Yong and Shen wen lang was there too , there are no two mr.shens ,one is mr.sheng the head…
Ohhh Shen and Sheng!Too similar so my brain is struggling. Sorry. 😅 Yes, I figured Hua Yong was the same guy in the beginning of ep1. I'm only confusing who is working with whom. So Hua Yong pretends that his sister is hospitalised in front of Mr. Sheng but it is actually secretary Gao's sister. Mr. Sheng pays the hospital bill and Gao thinks his boss, Mr Shen paid it off and since Mr Shen and Hua Yong are working together, he pretends he paid the bill, yes?
The two S Alpha are Mr Sheng and Wen Lang whose name ShenThe three secretaries are Chang Yu (Enigma Hua Yong secretary)Chen…
Did they introduce Chen Pin Ming? I'm still watching ep 2 but I am getting people mixed up so I keep stopping. Okay so Sheng Shao You and Shen Wen Lang are both S Tier Alphas?
I struggle a bit with names so can someone help me out. I just started ep2. Please correct me. Secretary Gao delivered the hard drive to Secretary Hua Yong and the person who was also in his house is Shen WenLang that they both work for?
It doesn't help that there are 2 Mr. Shens and 3 secretaries. My brain is already struggling just to keep the world building straight. 😆 This is going to take some getting used to.
This doesn't even follow the novel at all. We couldn't give any spoilers even if we wanted to because the entire…
So they changed the whole story? Someone had said it ends at the point after that dragon was slayed. Is there nothing similar in the movie to the novel/webtoon?
Lol, i have no issue ppl to vote how they want, but my problem is other. I know a lot of ppl that didnt even saw…
I'm not saying a title deserves to get bad ratings if it is bad. I'm saying everyone enjoys things differently. I have seen shows that were disliked by a lot of people but I enjoyed it. Ans there have been dramas that most people loved but I was extremely put off by it. We each view things differently and different things appeal to us. People on MDL need to accept that and stop harassing everyone that dislikes something you liked. That's fine if you don't have prior expectations. Usually I watch titles blindly as well. I just decide based on the name or the cast or maybe just 1 clip makes me curious enough to watch it. For ORV, however, I even started to read the webtoon because I was excited for it. The trailer was not bad though even if others were unhappy about it. But some of the clips from the movie are really off-putting. I can understand the criticism is not coming out from nowhere. Anyway, even if people are purposely reviewing without watching, it will eventually even out as more people see it and add their reviews.

But can you say for sure, who are the people who didn't watch the movie? I have regularly been attacked for critical reviews especially for popular titles so MDL doesn't care if you have watched a title or not. They don't want their favourite actors/actresses to receive a bad review and that is a sad fact of this site. A title that is based on a particular body of work will definitely be judged more harshly. Like Avatar The Airbender movie was criticised a lot and it never led to a follow-up. So fans go in with a certain expectation when it comes to live actions. If you enjoy the movie despite the changes, it is valid as is disliking it.
it's pretty easy to guess if a review is authentic when you actually read it but these people just wanna go ahead…
They are saying the opposite that it isn't the first time. Arabs were right to be angry at a caricature character created that just adds to racism towards Arabs. Koreans are known to represent certain cultures in a very stereotypical way for example Africans being shown only as poor and dstitute lands and Koreans going to African countries for charity work.
If someone can rate a drama a 10 because they loved it that much, then others should be able to rate a movie a 1 because they found it that awful, no? I haven't seen the movie yet so I'm not here to say the movie is good or bad. But if pepple are not allowed to rate something a 1 star then a 10 shouldn't be allowed either. At the end of the day, it is all about an individual perceives a movie or drama. People who rate something low always end up getting attacked on MDL or get called bots. If they explain why they are rating it poorly, how are they bots? For this movie, I have seen clips and it was genuinely bad. If they have changed so many core elements/character traits from the original, it makes sense that it will anger fans of the novel and webtoon. Maybe the following part (if it gets made) will fix what it did wrong or at least try to do better because of the criticism the first part is receiving. Or it might encourage other directors of live adaptations to learn to stick to the source better.
