Bravo team 👏👏👏 Well done 👏👏👏 It was such a fun watch. Loved the endless twists throughout the drama. The cast really did well. And undercover looks were phenomenal. Too bad people might miss gem because of the rating. Cheers to the rest of us I guess.
I feel the same, I expected her to feel bad like James, but she doesn’t at all. Maybe she really is “sociopath…
If I remeber correctly she suffers from a type of "Dissociative Disorder" as result of the kidnapping according to her childhood doctor. Not sure if she still suffers from it though. But she probably is.
It had something. But also nothing. What the hell is this movie?
The only good thing about this movie is the cast and the action scenes. I don't know what's going in the story tbh. I haven't read the web novel. Did they expect all of us to read the novel prior to watching this or something?
Guys idk what to say about this drama so is the fl going to act like this the whole drama I just watched two eps…
Yes the OG version also have a Hyper active FL. PMY doesn't act hyper without a reason here. Things get unfolded as the story progresses. And the first couple of episodes are obviously Hyper to pay tribute to the original JP story. If you don't like this drama regardless, then it's time to move on and find something else.
I just finished ep 1. I wanted to watch it for Lee Young Ae. Then I started watching. Then I just wanted to watch it regardless of Lee Young Ae. The opening scene was so good, I didn't even care who the leads were after that point.
I'm a bit confused on the kidnapping story? So she's known who kidnapped her this whole time? Why was she seeking…
No she didn't know who kidnapped her. She was going after the painting to find him. They fast forwarded a bit and showed PMY challenging him. She got the know the truth at the art exhibition.
They hid truth from Guho, she didn't want to haunt him with bad memories. Guho full story is kinda incomplete. Seems like Guho's father and kidnapper new each other. (Because Guho called him uncle/ samchon in a very friendly tone) Kidnapper first kidnapped Yi Rang, then Guho as well. Then threadned Guho's father. So he had to give a false tip to the police and receive prize money. I guess Yi Rang and James didn't know about that in the beginining. Seems like they suspected Guho's dad was the master mind, but it was not. In the end Guho's dad was killed in money was taken by the kidnapper without having to show his face to anyone.
Guho simply didn't know any of this. He might not even remeber he was even kidnapped as a child. Yi Yang simply saw him when she got kidnapped, and later it turned out the person who won the tip money was that kid's dad and that how they got connected.
People just didn't care about this drama even though it was a good drama.
All their attention went to other Romcoms with a clear ML and FL.
BTS NG clips.

I absolutely have no idea how Guho pulled this off.

Is this still true? Given his back story now,

It least this is what I understood.
