KSR's family previously stated that the relationship began in Nov 2015 per KSR's diary. So, those 2016 chats make their case more believable than the 2019 dating claim by KSH's side. In 2016, she could still very well be 15 yo. Her bday is July 31, so most of 2016 she was still 15 yo.

So according to your logic, people can just say anything because they just feel like saying it and people gotta just dismiss it. Even you know that's dumb.

You also don't always need direct evidence to prove something. Circumstantial evidence, behavioral patterns, incriminating testimonies, etc, can actually help prove guilt.

Also, KSH lying reduces his credibility, and him hiding increases suspicion. I am sure that even detectives would find it odd for an accused to make lies and hide.

She may have done those stuffs to get the attention of KSH, but she wouldn't have been in that desperate situation if it wasn't for KSH and company. KSH promised her many things. She even transferred agency for him, helped him build his agency. Then, when he no longer needed her, he dumped her. KSH and her agency did not even bother to hear her cries for help.

This is not a legal issue. We are already past that standpoint, unless evidence suggests there was coercion.
For now, this is a moral issue. If there's nothing to be ashamed of, why is KSH not showing up, why are companies ditching him, and even a foreign mayor not allowing him to come to his area?

Never seen anything like this. Unique, fun, and thrilling. Park Eun Bin is really stepping up her game yet again big time. Her agency must be doing a great job picking great projects for her.

One criticism though:
