A modern fairytale rooted in reality

Despite some little flaws, this drama was like a breath of fresh air and I enjoyed it a lot.
It talks about growth and sorrow in a way which is both symbolical and realistic: family, love, self improvement, compassion and forgiveness are all part of the story...it feels like watching a fairy tale in real life, in fact I loved all the references to the book "Momo" by Michael Ende!
All the actors did a good job; Shibasaki Ko and Sakaguchi Kentaro were absolutely brilliant, they seemed deeply involved with their characters!
I hope that a lot of people will decide to watch it! :)

Heartwarming musical drama that depicts self acceptance, friendship and love

It is the story of a former violinist who is still madly in love with music but is afraid of starting again. It is also the story of a great conductor and his way of communicating through music. But then again, it is also the story of some of the members of an orchestra which has been taken for granted for a long time.

Pros

Great cast
Funny and full of feelings
Enjoyable music scenes
Characters portrait

Cons
It should be longer!!
Some silly villains :)
A bit predictable sometimes, but it does not affect the overall atmosphere

The courage to fulfill dreams and to live life deeply

This drama is so beautiful: if I had to describe it using only images, I would choose the sea, the night summer breeze, the moon and a guitar. It has just become one of my favourite dramas of all time.
The main character, Kaoru, is a girl who loves singing and never gives up, despite her illness and troubles: she has a very positive attitude towards life and others, she is enthusiastic and creative. On the other hand Koji, the boy she meets during her journey through music, seems introverted and a bit lost, but he is in fact very caring and his feelings are intense. They happen to meet because of music and, together with their friends, they face the hardships of growing up: despite life's unfairness, they never lose faith in dreams and passion.
This drama is not a "light" one but, as someone said in the comment section, it is very refreshing: it is like breathing a fresh nighty air. Erika Sawajiri and Takayuki Yamada did a fabulous job! They deeply portrayed their role, giving the characters a realistic vibe. I just love the strong aura which Erika was able to convey and the deep sparkling passion of Takayuki's acting. Yes, sometimes they acted kind of shy with each other, but I think their behaviour is cute!
I also have to talk about the OST: the two songs are very good and I am already playing them all the time! I wish they could play other songs too!!
Well, I really recommend this drama: it is perfect to watch when you look at the night sky :)

I just finished watching this drama and I am very happy I finally decided to start it. I was doubtful at first because I had some kind of feeling that this story would be too shallow, but I was absolutely wrong. To all of you who is reading this, just give this drama a try, I think it is worth and beautiful.

"Orange days" is the story of a very easy-going and kind boy who is attending university and is uncertain about the future; it is also about a girl who lost her hearing and who's trying to get herself back together through her passion and dreams. And therefore, it is about their friends and their time spent together. Sometimes I am not sure to watch dramas whose focus is a story about a few characters, because I usually think there is a risk of losing its effectiveness, but that's not the case. Yes, there are a few characters here, but the story is a whole: it is a whole because it perfectly portraits various shades of life, it has youthful vibes, talks about friendship, love, sorrow, goodwill. It shows us all these things without effort, smoothly. You don't feel stranded or confused, following one character or another. It is like a photograph, every part of it matters and gives the whole.

CAST AND CHARACTERS: All the actors were absolutely brilliant: I felt that each one of them added something precious to their characters, and it was wonderful to watch. Therefore, the way they communicated (with and without sign language) was real and powerful. Even though sometimes the characters acted recklessly or showed selfishness, I still think they were amazing.
I loved Kai and Sae, but I also liked Shoei so much!!!

MUSIC: The OST was very enjoyable: it was part of the whole because it expressed a lot and it was never left behind.

In short, I loved this drama and I think I will be rewatching it soon.

I have never wrote anything before, just due to the fact that I thought I should review a drama openly, freely, heartly.
And that's what I'm doing now. This story touched my heart in so many ways. Slowly (but you are never bored) it gains your attention and makes you "listen".
It focuses on love and feeling so deeply that it made me cry, because everything it talks about is real: sadness, loss, loneliness, misunderstandings, but also compassion, empathy, kindness, love. I loved the actors, Gong Myung's smile and Min Hyo-rin's acting.

A good drama that scratches beneath the surface

I enjoyed watching Extraordinary Attorney Woo from the very first episodes and, even though I think there are some flaws in the story, I am glad to have kept watching. First of all, the way this drama dealt with emotions gave me an "old drama" feeling, a way of carrying out the story into the deep core of life experiences - the good ones and the bad ones.
Then, I think the cast did all a good job, expecially Park Eun Bin. I never got bored, even when there was something that did not convince me so much or that made me feel disappointed. The legal environment and the focus on the interaction between people working together were interesting and the "evil" characters were convincing and portrayed well.
I hope there will be a next season in order to meet Attorney Woo again :)!

This drama was absolutely amazing!
It tells the story of Haruna Tsubame, a quiet and nice high-school girl, who is always enduring her high-school life because she wants to get along with others and to smile. Despite her positive attitude, her school is full of unfairness, it is ruled by wrong teachers and by a group of eight students, the Platinum Eight (Hana Yori Dango's vibes, anyone?): all that seems to matter there is power.
One day, Haruna Tsubame meets a young man, very strange and mysterious, who starts to tell her that she can change her school and herself, that all she needs is a strong will and words.
First of all, I have to say that Kamiki Ryunosuke plays his role extremely well! His character seems a little crazy and the way he talks is funny and brilliant, at the same time: Kamiki is able to give his character this aura of strength and weirdness and he is very convincing.
Hirose Suzu is good here and, as others said, she has great chemistry with Kamiki: maybe, the only thing I didn't like about her character is that sometimes, in the first episodes, she seems a bit annoying and I thought sometimes that her first speeches were too much. But I didn't feel that way after a few episodes.
The supporting cast is also great: there is Sugisaki Hana among them! :)
I didn't quite like the teachers, maybe the only one I "liked" was the headmistress, because it seemed an interesting and contradictory character.
I loved this drama because I liked the message it conveys and because of the main characters and the actors.
The message here is: "you have to fight and do your best in order to be yourself and achieve what you want, but you can't do that alone". It is a powerful message and I loved it.
The characters as well...I loved them, I kind of miss them, especially the young man keen on words!
I would be extremely happy if this drama had a sequel!
