I agree with older actors casting for student roles. But to each their own. It would be interesting to compare demographics between international fans and local ones. There’s always going to be college oriented stories. Nothing against that. I think there would be a surprise if they truly did a demographic study. 🤔
I understand that being an actor in Thailand is hard! But I can’t imagine Pond doing this type of series’s after seeing his performance in RESET. I think the industry as a whole should take BLs dramas out of the never ending college environment. They have successfully crossed the line into an adult market. As we follow the industry, we celebrate and applaud different stories. Pond going back to a season 2 is disappointing but understandable. We all need to make a living. Earth also deserves better roles! Forgive the rant, I’m just trying to get through this series’s. I also would like to see Pond in other roles that aren’t BL. Thinking that I would have to watch part 2 just to see Pond’s performance it’s disappointing. It’s not going to happen. I guess it will be a couple of years, hopefully before I see him performing again.
I’m on episode 9 and getting bored. I like the comedy but find the plot going around in circles. I can’t see myself watching the whole thing. The acting is great but the script seems redundant. Putting it aside.
I can dream of a season 2 with Peterpan and Pond from RESET. The second part had been already written by Violet Rain and it’s very good. Tying all threads neatly for a less confusing ending. The production company fumbled by not having the funds to complete this beautiful project.

Congratulations! We made it bestie! What a wonderful series’s. I’m going to miss them. For me, Thada finally giving Armin the flowers 26 years later was the most beautiful way to close this story. Giving us that warm and fuzzy feeling of knowing their love was long lasting. This last episode was like catching a breath of air after almost drowning! Freaking brilliant! ❤️
Sewn perfectly as the finest tapestry. I’m not a cryer, but I must admit shedding a couple in the scenes in the hospital. Having read the novel I can appreciate the hard and insightful work it took to write this script. How they inserted Thada diary. Brilliant! (The novel presents alternative endings) Also, going forward in time to that first night was the most endearing! I could go on…For me it’s the best BL this year! ❤️
All I can say is that Zu and Zee deserve better projects. All the actors did a good job. But the excessive pomposity was over the top. Silly and distracting. I think they are ready for more mature roles. This felt like a glorified bedtime story.

Great analysis! You caught a couple of things I didn’t. There are so many details and nuances. the end was a heart kicker. When Trin realized he kissed a man. Like Shiaaa! He definitely crossed to the dark side of the moon.😂 I also liked how Tawan was taken with Trin after seeing him from the stage, following him to the vendor market just to get a better look at him.
