He is the one TK should be with and when I saw the key ring I had so much hope and then TK looked at the bracelet and I was like: Naw! Naahwww naaaww, you're supposed to buy the key ring in secret and give it to him one day as a surprise and then the rest is history!
Alas, it hurt me but I'm really hoping its Shin Woo.

Da On is a great guy but he people pleases too much ngl, and him saying "Imma get on the bus after yall blah blah blah" was a dirty trick but hey! Gotta show him some respect since he isn't the only one chasing TKs heart.

Of course there's nothing wrong with Dam rejecting SW. I'm not trying to say that Dam should have accepted his love or lessened her blows. You do not have to like everyone who likes you. A part of wishes that SW and Dam become a thing but a larger part wishes she stays with WY.

As you said, SWs character was left to the viewers. A lot of people are still basing his character off how he was in the first half and that's okay. You mentioned that his character development was because of Dam and I agree, even in an alternate universe another Dam would have entered his life. Sometimes we need people to help us see just how big jerks we were.

If SW did known about everything I also think that he would be more considerate but I also see how hurt he would be seeing that he is just a pawn to get WY to be more motivated into turning into a human.

I said this in a previous comment that I don't think SW and Dam are really fated for one another. That the Spirit Mountain might be playing games with all 3 of them. You can imagine how devasted one would be if they learned the news. At some point you'd ask yourself if you ever truly liked that person or if it was the red strings doings.

I do feel for SW, I believe that he really has shown character development and this is based of what I have seen so far. This drama hasn't really given us a lot of info on him. There were episodes where he wasn't in and now he just pops in when the red string does its magic. None of us can really say he has changed or he hasn't because of that, it's based of our hunch. Our hunches don't have to be the same and I respect that.

You mentioned that he dug himself a hole with some viewers in the first half that viewers can't see him get out of such hole and I think that's where our disagreement is. Not everyone is gonna have a clean side to them, some people unfortunately stay that way and some need a nudge to start moving in a better direction. SW is the latter for me, his history isn't great but he seems to have learned a lot from Dam(the nudge). I might be wrong with his development, he might go back to his old ways. I'm not so stuck in his former role which is why I was able to like him a bit more and empathize with him as the show progressed. I don't see why I should continue to judge him from his past when his present looks a lot better than his past.

Like you said there's only 4 eps left. The Spirit Mountain might be using him and I guess it could be punishment for how he treated many women before Dam. In an alternate universe where WY never existed and SW and Dam were the same as this universe. They might have gotten together or they might have not. Either way, the way I see it, Dam still would have been the reason of character development in SW.

I mean, she did ignore him at some point, she hurt his feelings countless of times inorder to get him to stop liking her. I haven't seen him mistreat any other woman after all that Dam put him through. Nowhere did I mention that I wish she chooses Sun Woo over Woo Yeo. I like Woo Yeo as well, I'm just saying that if somehow they don't workout or as you said WY wasn't in the picture they would make a really great couple.

I don't think SW's behaviour towards Dam has been that bad. This is his first time ever liking someone, that person rejected him(something he isn't used to), that person hurt him, yet he keeps hoping that she will one day turn to him.

What's wrong with any of that? Was him being persistent with Dam forgiving him the problem? For me that was when he showed the biggest growth and Dam didn't make it easy for him which I liked.

For once he has shown that he cares for someone other than himself. Always noticing when Dam isn't looking well, wanting to take care of her.

What's wrong with any of that? What's wrong with going after someone you like? What's wrong with going through the 5 stages of grief when they reject you? I'm not saying we all would act like him if we found ourselves in the same situation. People react differently, SW is going all in so that he knows that he at least gave it his all when he finally decides to let Dam go.

As you said, he has mistaken a lot of Dam's actions as maybe she likes him back. Is that not a natural reaction though, since when were mistakes something so creepy? If the person you liked showed you kindness it's a no brainer that it would get your hopes up. This is what SW has to go through, he might move on from Dam and become the best boyfriend for someone else. Or this might ruin him and he falls back to his old ways, I guess we'll have to wait and see.

You don't have to agree with me, where I see growth you might not and that's fine. I am sticking to what I said about hoping that he ends up with Dam. By that I mean in a alternate universe, unless he proves me wrong. I think the biggest lesson for SW is that you can't always get what you want, no matter how bad you want and go after it.

I get that WY is getting more desperate which is why he is doing what he is doing. But he should have been honest with Dam, I think she would have understood. This level of desperate is really dangerous in my opinion because of how far one would be willing to go to achieve their goal. There's hope though, as long as proving himself as someone worthy to be with Dam is greater than his need to harm people in order to turn into a human.

I'm probably gonna get a lot of hate for this but you know what...come at me bro.
I love Sun Woo, someone mentioned why I would like him considering how he treated women before Dam. Personally, he has shown a lot of growth, Dam gave him a taste of his own poison. A part of me wishes that Dam chooses him, I think they would make a nice couple tbh(you have no idea how I wish they end up together)

HS and JJ have got to be my favourite people from this drama. If couple goals was a dictionary word, those two would be the definition. Them not offering a ride to SK took me out, like tell me you want time with your s/o without telling me you want time with your s/o.

Hi, I don't remember 17 Again very well but the bits and pieces I do remember were somewhat the same as the drama. Even so, you won't regret watching it, it was literally a master piece(well for me anyways) from actors to OST.

NGL I have caught the SML syndrome once again, but even though I like Sun Woo my heart is still with Woo Yeo.

I also can't help but feel that the red string is a plan the Mountain Spirit has to try push WY into turning into a human quicker. I might be completely wrong here, but I really believe he is playing a nasty trick on them so that WY is more motivated to turn into a human.

I always liked Jae Jin but damn boiii I think I'm in love with you now. I thought he couldn't stand his own ground but he surprised me multiple times, he looks like a softie that one can easily take advantage off but boy can looks be deceiving.
I believe him and Hye Sun are gonna be a kick ass bomb ass couple and I can't wait to see them get together.

I agree with you on Mork and Pi, they both need some time apart. They both got things to work on, Mork thinks the best way with helping Pi work through his insecurities (due to his past relationships with people) is by being aggressive and I don't think that method is helpful to Pi at all.

Hmm mmm, nope, nah because Mork is problematic. It only took a few episodes to realize that he has been forcing his self on Pi.
I don't even wanna finish episode 11(I'm currently 11:27 minutes in) and dude just won't let Pi breathe. I don't think he cares about Pi's feelings and concerns and most importantly his history with other people.

I don't think he understands why Pi put their relationship on probation, why Pi wants to keep their relationship private. I keep thinking of that scene when Mork was explaining the difference between love and obsession to Pi. I think he is obsessed and just wants to possess Pi, this is not a healthy relationship.

Pi can say NO a billion times and it still won't get through to Mork. Like when Pi asked that he leave his room before Duean returned and he literally(he even said it himself) forced himself on him. I do not approve of this relationship, that's my own opinion though. The power dynamics between them is not even close to being equal. Mork is emotionally manipulating Pi, coercing him.

In fact I would go as far as saying that Pi doesn't even like Mork, he has been conditioned to like him. Pi thinks he loves Mork because Mork told him so many times that he does.

I would act like Lee Dam did that's for sure. Pretend as though I forgot him, how dare he lie to me, try to take my memories away and then watch over me. How dare he! How dare he try to be that cute and not allow me to move on and forget him...pshhhhh

I don't care if I sound like I'm crazy but I am this close to marrying this kdrama. It's so damn good! Ticks all the boxes and more, I'm in love and it's not fair!!

All the males by far are darn adorable! I only have one heart but it beats for those 3, this is one way to kill me. Give me male leads who are to die for, SMLs who are also to die for, a cute man best friend who deserves the purest of love(COME ON HYE SUN YOU CAN DO IT!) if you want to see me die.

The ladies are also killing it, they are the comedy queens, the life of this drama. They could win a war if they wanted to, 3 very powerful women and Woo Yeo, Jae Jin and Sun Woo are lucky to have them in their lives. A massive shout out to Sun Woo's little sister as well, a true little sibling.

Also can I just say that after years and decades of being terrible at predicting what would happen next. I would like to shine a light on my now slightly inflated ego(let's keep it going for the long run huh mr director), yes ladies and gentlemen! I (for once in my kdrama watching life) got it right. I called it! Dam didn't lose her memories!
I mean it happened way earlier than I thought(Woo Yeo taking out the bead) but a called it is a called it and I called it! I can rest easy knowing that I got one prediction right.

I'm enjoying this way too much. I can't believe I have to wait 'til next week to watch.

Also I just wanna say, Mr Gumiho Sir could have avoided everything from the get go(he already said so himself). He could have taken the marble out the second Lee Dam swallowed it but we wouldn't have had much of a story if things went down that way.

If watching kdrama has taught me anything it's that things never go the way I thought they would go, there's always a plot twist and I get my heart ripped. But! But! I am going to predict that Dam will not lose her memories when Woo Yeo takes out the Marble (if I get hurt I get hurt, yolo). Imma hold on to the hope that maybe...just maybe Lee Dam is like her mother and won't get affected by his gumiho power (just give me this one thing mr director sir).

I cannot wait for the next episode, this is why you will never see me in underground parking on my own. I know for sure that I would be a victim because I am not the main character in this world, there is no one who will come to my aid (I've made peace with it thank you very much). I hope the lady is okay, I kinda liked her lmao

I'm not really feeling the main couple, the two brothers and the writer is where my heart is it. I just feel that the relationship of the main couple is s bit too forced, I know we're on episode 10 but they went from haters to lovers in a flash. The director didn't space it out nicely and make their relationship grow naturally for me.

The side couple is what I'm interested in, who is Ji Na gonna choose? (I'm lowkey middlekey highkey hoping she gives Joo Ik a chance, he had my attention and heart from the get go).

I don't think we could boycott the companies. We're not asking for too much, all we want is for matters to be dealt with properly. Chonlatee almost got raped in the bathroom and nothing was done about it, Moire almost killed Sky( from My Day) and she got away with it, actually she got away with everything. YongJie raped his stepbrother and it wasn't dealt with properly, there's many other examples I could give but that would take forever lol.

I don't think we're asking for a lot. Give our main characters the justice they deserve. BLs like Lovely Writer focused on those toxic traits that exist in the bl world.
So they know that fans aren't happy with certain things, they are aware of the things they should try to fix.

Antagonists in bls really make it seem as though gay people have no rights. An ex-girlfriend has every right to torment and abuse her ex-boyfriends who is now seeing another man. A jealous second lead has the right to try force themselves on their crush because Who Does He Think He Is To Not Like Me Back?

BLs(actually all dramas) shouldn't be scrubbed clean but the ones that don't dehumanize gay men are the best.
Cherry Magic, Lovely Writer, SOTUS are a few to mention.
