I thought so too, you have no idea how many phone calls I made to my best friend, just running ideas on what could be the real story. Either the husband and the chef like each other, or the chef liked the woman as well back in the days(unlikely), or the husband is just insecure because he knows that his best friend is good with the ladies. He probably stole a lot of his previous girl friends from him when they were still college students.
So far so good! Loving the progress of the ML and FL. Their relationship wasn't rushed and I love that the FL is now taking initiative as well, this isn't a one sided love anymore(I mean it hasn't been for a while, I'm glad that both sides are showing it).
I love the director when he is with the MLs sister but I don't really like him when he is with the SML. At one point it's like they are friends then at one point he treats the SML like a dog(I know he said he wouldn't). Their relationship is extremely toxic, I'm interested in seeing how things will play out between them and the rest of the characters in general.
The SML needs to have more of a back bone, like come on dude. You can't live the rest of your life making other people happy. At first I was like, yeah he deserves it but after the last few episodes I started feeling bad for him. Especially the situation with his father, how that man blew 300million won in such a short space of time is beyond me. Don't get me started on him being forced to marry someone he doesn't love. I think what shook me the most was the fact that girls who think like the SFL still exist. I thought the last time I would see someone like that was in INTROVERTED BOSS, but nope. 2021 and this trope still exists, I'm not a fan of it. It's not love if you're gonna force the person you like to marry you. I do not care that she almost took her life because of it being one sided. That it toxic and she needs help.
The ML sister and the Chef is a story I'm really interested in as well. Really excited for thr next episodes, so far so good.
Excited for the second season,just a bit skeptical about Kengkla/Noh. I liked their relationship before the rape scene in the end. Sad that Saint won't be there, gosh I hope they do not break up. Their relationship was my favorite. Tin Can are the main now, didn't really like their relationship in the first season. I skipped most of their scenes but I'll still watch the 2nd one and see if the chemistry between them improves.
