Today I was finally able to watch the final episodes of Mountains and I'm looking forward to a second season. The narrative lost some momentum after Ma Tiang Hong joined the group and the ending seemed rushed to me. However, there are some very good aspects to this story and I would love to see a fully fleshed out drama of it. If you can overlook some flaws and enjoy watching mysterious short dramas to discover unique images and ideas, give it a try. If you like a well-rounded drama, you may be disappointed. A sequel was hinted at in the last episode.
