I thoroughly enjoyed this series! The story had a nice progression, the leads had good energy.solid cast all around. For once, there were consequences to the antagonists actions. Thank you writernims! After all the recent writing debacles elsewhere this was appreciated! PS: My only quibble with production is the music editing needed some fine tuning. At times the underscoring was too loud… well, that and the scarves on the men.
On episode 4 and i love it so far. I hope the FL will soon learn everything the ML has done for her. I can't get…
Love how business savvy ML is! Such a nice reprieve from the “ big boss” CEO’s that can’t see past their nose and get taken for fools. . Mo Li is always one step ahead, a great strategist. The leads make a great understated power couple.
This has been a very pleasant surprise. There have been several series of late that the writing has derailed. The acting and writing have been very consistent; I’ve enjoyed every episode, looked forward to the next.
I do agree though with everyone about the music being distracting at times. After all the ridiculous writing elsewhere though, it’s definitely the lesser of the evils!
I’m curious. Did they not communicate at all over the year!?! What is it about this trope that Asian drama writers love?!?!? Rhetorical question! I’m with everyone else; very frustrating. Ha! There’s more actual storytelling in the end credits than the series.
Y’all, the hands on the window scene made my day! I’ve been a bit under the weather, and that was a happy pill. So so sweet! Oh- and the underscoring is PERFECT. 💝
So the drama still have long way to go, right? I thought it would end this week
14 epi’s to go, means 7more weeks. I’m ready for the Soo-Jae/Yoo-Na story to pick back up, but I don’t think that will happen til the Grandpa/daughter story moves forward.
Well this is most interesting. The screenwriter also wrote Black Cinderella and was a co-writer on Cherry Magic. I’ll be curious to see what her next project will be.
Talk about sensory overload!!! Argh! There is so much I want to say but it’s all in a jumble in my head. I’ve been glued to the screen; not one nanosecond of fast forwarding here.. The performances by Takara & Yujin are brilliant. . A serious crack in Takara’s facade was made by the director, by toying with the characters and bringing Yujin in. That was a calculated move. The other actors exacerbated the crack with all of the emotional overload. Takara is shattered. He was in plenty of turmoil without their help. I have absolutely no idea what will happen in the last epi. The waiting for epi 10 will be TORTURE. Ah. I hope the above ramblings make sense! Can you tell I’m still wound up from epi 9?
Oh my heart !!!! The case ripped it, the kiss exquisitely, delicately, beautifully mended it…. then the mum from hell shattered it again. I was seething. Needless to say I went back to the kiss scene to rid the bad taste . Someone below wrote this has usurped Goblin’s position as favorite, and that just might be the case for me as well. It certainly is in the good company of Move to Heaven. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I'm so curious too! It seems they changed a lot of the plot / characters for the drama (although idk if it's for…
The intrigue is building every epi!so much I want to know. In that respect it reminds me of Reset. It kept me on the edge of my seat the entire series.
22: I’m sorry her son was severely injured when he was trying to save An Yu,, but she’s wrong to blame An Yu who also was a victim. I can understand why she would be resentful, but An Yu doesn’t deserve to be attacked like that. This series has been an unexpected surprise. I really am enjoying it.
