You know if a gate has not been opened for a long time? Watching Prosecutor Gye laughing heartily for the first time is a bit like that, feels like he forgets how to laugh. His laughter becomes rusty and he has to force himself to open his mouth 😂. Still cute though.
I’m trying to like this drama but episode 1 and 2 are not doing it for me. How can she suddenly recognized a little boy from 30 years ago? She remembered his name but there’s nowhere in the first scenes Lee Kang introduced his name to the little girl he fed in his Mom’s restaurant. And all the coincidences, time skips and jumpy sequences made me dizzy 😵💫. I don’t know if I want to continue or not because I like the 2 male leads.
completed ep 9 and I am hella confused. in ep 2 they showed a woman running and being attacked by a killer. but…
So 20 years ago there were 2 women who disappeared: Mi Jin’s Aunt and ML’s Mom who was a witness to whatever happened to Mi Jin’s Aunt. They haven’t revealed whose body they discovered. Then in the recent incidents there were a woman who was murdered with her hand cut off and a man whose leg was severed (later they found out it was the intern Ko). I think those 2 murders are related to Hospital Director Baek, maybe it was his wife who’s been cheating on him like the rumors said. And maybe he suspects Intern Ko was the one she had the affair with. We don’t know yet whether the 2 incidents, 20 years apart, are related or not.
