Watched up to Ep 8. So far so good.

So I was watching the ost mv on YT the other night when my friends and their 7yo daughter came over for dinner. And immediately the 7yo and her dad commented on how they (LWJ & WWX) looked like they loved each other. So if a kid and random guy can see the love in under a minute of watching a music video. I would say their relationship is quite obviously not platonic.

Anyone know what the special edition episodes are? Will there be deleted or new scenes?

I have a question about the novel for those who have read it. How does WWX die?

I don’t know if I can bring myself to watch this after scarlet heart and scarlet heart ryeo...

But she only married him to use it as an opportunity to escape.

I feel bad for him because he actually was/is in love with her. I do know Chinese and he reaffirms her several times that he will only be with her. You can see it on her face that she does not reciprocate those feelings (or is unaware that she them though I think she does like him).

He looked so heartbroken finding out that she took off on their wedding night.

I’m only up to Ep 5. But I did watch Ep 10 because I thought I clicked on ep 1 at first (oops).

I was pondering that LWJ must hate JC. He is smart and would have had the same thoughts at JGY in that JC indirectly led to WWX’s death because he let others drive a wedge in their relationship with their words and then of course directly causing his death when he stabbed the rock that LWJ was on so WWX pushed himself off to save LWJ and likely JC as well.

Or at least it makes it funnier to think of it that way when LWJ goes and destroys all 400 of the nets that JC set up in episode 2.

I thought LZ cried the first time when WY was leaving because WY said one day he wanted to die by his hand and basically foreshadowing that they were no longer on the same side or standing together.

In what way do you mean?

I’m on ep 16 and still having a hard time getting invested into the story does it get better from here on?

Has anyone else seen this video? It has some nice catches for subtle scenes. Especially that WWX is wearing LWJ undergarment; even the brother & uncle noticed. There’s no English subs but I can translate the scenes if anyone is interested.

I’ve watched legends already but yes those are the type of shows I like.

I’m just looking for a new WuXia drama to watch. I’m not picky but romance is nice and a good storyline. I finished love & destiny recently. Already watched AoL, TMOPB, etc

I’ve read the novel, watched the anime (which just finished season 2 I think) and I’m following the manga but it’s ongoing. Can’t get into the audio drama though. It’s just the novel read in Chinese right?

That’s what I thought but wasn’t sure. So he let him go because he felt that LXC did care about him then.

I mean more story side. I’m not really looking for BL but it’s fine too if the story is good.

So at the end battle when JGY drags LXC to the coffin and asks him to die with him, was LXC agreeing to it when he put his hand down?

Now that untamed is done, I need something new to watch, is the guardian a good one? I see it referred here? Or any other good recs?
