Episode 1 -> For the women picking the men based on what they can cook, I think the production team should have first made the men side to talk about what they chose to cook. And then they should have made the female side to choose.

I'm still watching episode 1. Overall, the show feels a bit funny, a bit embarassing and a bit painful. Hope nobody gets hurt or let their confidence drop. Despite this, those who take the rejection lightly are really admirable. It replaces the bad feeling with fun and good feeling. Rooting for everyone!

MK says 'If you had said you'd do what you want, then I'd not have said anything, but you said you wouldn't' and YS calls her out on this saying, 'You wouldn't have said anything? Even if I said no, you wouldn't have left until you got the answer you wanted. You do this always to every decision I make.. ... would you have left me alone if I told you not to intervene in my decisions. absolutely not.. you are not that type of person'.

I agree with what you say - rejecting someone verbally is also a form of respect. Yes, in that way the other person won't have hopes. However, he has been very honest with his feelings since the beginning, even surpassing Sang Won who gave mixed signals to all his dates. Not blaming him but he tends to take good care of every woman, while his feelings may be on someone else.

Sang Hyeon was natural with Bon Hee but a mess with Su Hyun does not mean he is dishonest but rather he shows a clear difference between the woman he is interested in and the others. He never gave SH any hope. In a way I think that is his way of showing he isn't interested.

Here HJ comes to mind. I remember the date where JW brings up that she knew him before and had even asked for his number. HJ didn't show any interest in her, which she caught on pretty quick and never approached him again after that. That's what I'm talking about. I'm not defending anyone but I see that different people have different personalities. While YJ straight up rejected JW by clearly saying he is interested in another person and only wants to focus on her but HJ gave her signals. So Hyun got the signal multiple times but still wanted to knock at Sang Hyeon's heart. That is her style. Maybe she was curious about why he wasn't paying her attention. She has the right to approach him and he can express his disinterest as well.

And him telling her that he wanted to help her at the ice rink is something even I don't understand. I agree to that. Him telling SH that he misunderstood her is something I don't understand but believe him. After all, he tends to look down on himself a lot.

He has a lot of flaws and lot to learn. That is obvious and I will absolutely not deny it. That's why I said this experience will help him understand himself better and help him grow as well. I also noticed a few things - sometimes, especially with the boys, he comes across as confident and leads well. But with women, he is a complete mess. Ofc, BH is different cos he was interested in her and wanted desperately to go on a date with her. Also, he seems to suffer from low self esteem. Hopefully, he will overcome all these barriers, understand his own charms and become a better person.

Yess you got it right! Also, whether MK holds him to his promise or not, he himself will be tormented by his inability to keep the promise. That is the kind of person he is.

This was what SY tried to tell her. He even made her role play. If she pushes him or corners him, he will definitely run away. oh wait I think I misunderstood your point earlier. You mean to say YS will tell HJ that he cannot return her feelings (?) before the final decision? Well if YS is unsure about HJ, then he may throw some hints to HJ like he did with JH. Not sure really. But if HJ was seen wearing couple ring to the date with BH, and YS changes his mind after his ex-date, then YS may throw hints after that. That's a possibility.
