I heard it multiple times, but once during ep 3, min 10:13, after Phun asks Noh if he wants to kiss. Im trying to be specific so that there arent any misunderstandings :) i could be crazy since its only a piano instrumental, but the song just sounds very familiar

It is similar to The Untamed. Both novels were written by the same author, Mo Xiang Tong Xiu. The release date it's still unknown since the filming already ended, but they haven't said anything about it for some time. Rumors have it that, because of the censorship that all series adopted from a same-sex novel have to go through, they might not be able to release it yet and who knows if they ever will at this point.
