Lu Wu Yi and Long Shen is back in time 1000 years ago, to learn about the events that happened. The important parts will be revealed, but think of it as the origin story of the villain.
Li Jie is back in time 150 years ago, which is a bit more confusing because there are 2 of them; they are not twins. He is in the body of Yuan Wu Huo's little brother, Yuan Xi Zai. We learn a bit more of the backstory of Yuan Wu Huo.
Wu Wang Yan and Wu Shi Guang are back in time 50 years ago. WSG is in the body of his father, and WWY is in the body of his mother. They will discover the tragedy of what happened to the flood dragon clan and learn a bit about the villain as well.
