I just don’t understand how you can enter into a relationship knowing that you are lying and being deceitful. And you continue down a path which is going to end up hurting your spouse and children. I have always wondered how a woman could do this to another woman. I lost a best friend over this issue. We were in our early thirties and she told me she was dating a married man. Nothing she said could make me see the good in this. As a young married woman I told her how wrong she was. We never spoke again. This show is really showing how callous and selfish men and women can be.

Sorry but I find the older woman cunning and calculating. She’s like a sly fox. There is something about an attractive older woman that intrigues younger men. And women can sense when a younger man becomes infatuated. Believe me all three know what their doing. Bottom line they are all adults and not naive teenagers. They know what their doing. I feel sorry for all three wives. This is the reason women do crazy things like checking phone logs, messages, work schedules, looking in pockets for receipts, etc.

Lol...I guess I have sympathy for her because I’m high maintenance too...I won’t dare tell you some of the things I put my husband through during the first three years but he was a real man .Plus he saw my heart and our love was real. Lol he passed away three years ago. We had 50 great years. And I’m still high maintenance.I’ll be looking forward to your comments after ep 11&12..

I agree with you about all but the first wife. I don’t see her as harsh. I see her as being a strong, goal oriented young woman. Yes she does come on strong but a real man would be able to handle her. That’s why she’s attracted to the director. The wimp is just a mamas boy and that’s why the older woman suits him. She’ll coddle him and baby him. But bottom line he is a cheater. He gets no sympathy from me nor does he mistress. I just have a low tolerance for cheaters on any level. That’s just my humble opinion.

I don’t know but I’m done with the mistresses. I will only watch when they feature the wives and if they show the wives in a negative way I will not be watching anymore at all. I hope the ratings start going down but I know thats just wishful thinking.

Again I think this shows how superficial these kind of relationships tend to be. It’s ones heart and inside beauty that should count. Outside appearances are deceiving. Even the mil looks one way on the outside but watched her husband as he was dying.

I certainly hope so. I hope those watching will see there is no upside to cheating. If you are unhappy in your relationship get counseling, talk with your spouse, pray. If you find yourself attracted to a married man Run! I also hope that the mistresses are not coddled and given a pass. Unfortunately it’s all about making money . I have read where a number of people are loving the series.

I agree...we all have our faults...in my twenties I was more like the lawyers wife, in my thirties with grad school, career and a toddler I was more like the doctor’s wife and by the time I hit 50 I had packed on 50 extra pounds. Still, none of it would be justification for cheating. Thank goodness my husband and I hung in there for 50 years. I keep thinking the doctor’s wife already suspects something and will have a big surprise awaiting our smooth doctor.???

I agree with you. I have no interest in watching the manchild and his older mistress. I don’t care what kind of spin they put on it just looking at these two enjoying breakfast together made me sick. And I certainly don’t need to see any more of the professor acting like a lovesick puppy. So I’ll take a pass unless I read that the focus has shifted to the wives. The highlight of the series was when the daughter really let her father have it. After that I feel the show took a turn for the worst. I’m not impressed by a 28 yr old woman and 44 yr old man ending up drunk together.
