Watching episode 12 now and things finally seem to be calming down. It's still over the top in sitcom fashion, but more focused and not as 'screamy".

well that was interesting 👀 it was actually fun to watch lol. 😭😭Jun is not loyal to his bf in slightest,…
According to the lead-up promo .... Thai, Champ, and Sorn are long time best friends ... and Jun is best friends with Thai's Younger brother. I think it listed them as approx 5 years apart in age when they were giving everyone ages during their introductions at the beginning. So they've all known each other for years. But at some point it seems like Sorn distanced himself from Jun because of what happened. But he was obviously still hanging out with Thai and Champ since they are all working together.

Watched through 8 and we seem to be getting somewhere. And seeing Laz1 with Daou and Offroad as cameos was fun.

On Heesu in Class 2 Apr 15, 2025
After starting the book I can see why some of the readers are disappointed in the series as an adaptation. Heesu is exactly the same ... and I can see similarities in the events but things don't happen exactly as they've been shown in the series. Plus, the vibe is totally different because CY and SW are totally different. The pace is faster because SW is not nearly as insecure and is more obvious.

That being said ... I'm liking the book for what it is and liking the series for what it is.

After reading all the comments and writing a comment myself, I finally watched it and guess what...... I like…
I agree. I didn't know that it was filmed so long ago, but I think it's holding up pretty well. There isn't a serial killer or major mystery ... no grand injustice to right or problem to solve. It's a romance. How do they get together? How do they get their HEA or HFN? Some stories are light and fun so we don't even question a superficial change of heart from one crush to another ... some take more time. I wouldn't have minded if the events at the end of ep 6 had happened an episode earlier, but I can't point to any specific scenes I'd cut either. Overall, I'm liking it so far.

On Heesu in Class 2 Apr 14, 2025
TLDR: I'm liking this so far. It takes time to change feelings ... Heesu needs time to get over his friend and Seung Won needs time to come out of his shell.

The mainest of the the main characters is Heesu ... and he is in 85-90% of the show. His solo scenes and interactions with all the characters IS the show. The revelations about who he is, him liking his friend for years, his security in knowing that his friend doesn't actually like the girls he agrees to date (but ignore) while spending all his time with Heesu, him advising classmates on their relationships and crushes, him getting most of the advice from living with his sisters and seeing their romantic lives, Him gradually making friends with the classmate who has become his new neighbor, his world getting rocked when his best friend/crush actually likes someone for the first time, him trying to make sense of his feelings, his teenage brain thinking that fixing up his crush's crush with someone new would put his life back in order, getting even closer with his new friend during the process ... slowly realizing that he's having fun and not thinking about his crush 24/7 anymore, and now .... he finds out his efforts have "failed" because the 2nd couple is already together. So far ... that is the story to me. Heesu's growth.

With how much he liked his friend, I'm glad they didn't just spin it around for a new crush. Those original feelings don't just disappear so I'm glad they are giving him time to adjust. I didn't read the book so I don't know what turned his head from Chan Yeong to Seung Won in the original .... but in this version, it's the 2nd couple getting together. I'm okay with that because they've already laid the groundwork for Heesu's changing feelings. And we've mainly seen the 2nd couple in relation to Heesu and Seung Won ... rarely by themselves.

I've seen comments about the first couple dragging their feet when the second couple are already together ... but my thought on it is that the 2nd couple just have less to sort out. They like each other, they have a lot in common, they decided to act on it right away.

For Heesu and Seung Won ... Heesu still thinks Seung Won likes Ji Yu. He has no idea that SW is gay let alone likes him. SW is so shy and skittish about it that if Ji Yu wasn't pushing him then he would probably stay silent forever. And while that may be the whole point of some viewers' complaints ... I see it as necessary time for change. I wouldn't call the progress they've made less important than the other couple just because one couple is together and the other is not. It's just a different path.

I'm enjoying SW getting bolder in each episode. I like that Heesu is going to be forced to reevaluate his feelings now. I'm not sure what "couple moments" we'll get from them, but the combo of goofy and awkward has been cute so far. Looking forward to them figuring things out in the remaining 4 episodes ... even if it does take all 4. There really isn't a large storyline that needs to be resolved beyond them getting together so I've set my expectations for that. If they get together before the end then I'd have to wonder what conflict would shake up their relationship enough to warrant more episodes to fix.

I was also wondering why they made Gawin act like that. He is usually very good but the directing here is very…
I noticed that too because Gawin usually has the deepest voice in the cast of any show I've seen him in. It took a few episodes before Gawin's voice didn't seem like it was coming from someone else.

I may be in the minority but Gawin's acting is just off, his expressions don't seem to be within context . (I…
I noticed it more in this ep (ep 4) than the others. It's like he's decided on "Tong's" default "resistance" face and he's sticking too it. (And he kinda looks a little like Santa with the up-chin and the smooshed mouth, like he's trying to pout and give angry face at the same time.)

Unfortunately, now that Tong knows that vampires exist and he's in serious danger .... the more he insists he's fine and the more childish he looks. These are powerful beings that want your blood at the expense of your death. It's fine to want a say in what happens to you ... it's not okay to be defiant to the point of stupidity.

I was wondering about that too. They really should have made that more clear. I had it in mind as a possibility, but only because it seemed unbelievable that they would film two endings and use them both.

This finale was a lot. The last 2 episodes really. It seems like there should have been more but was cut down for time, omitting key scenes. So many things just happen out of no where.

Exactly my thought!! Where is he? He's the second lead couple!!
I just sent in a request to add him to the cast, which includes adding his main actor page.

I love this idea if it means getting a follow up. Plenty of room to expand. maybe MAME will get inspired after seeing the reaction to the series.

A lot of what you said wasnt explained was explained very well. First off, dont worry about the parallel worlds.…
Thanks for responding, and your thoughts. I understood many of these things while watching, but I just expected more. They led the promo with this awesome sci-fi concept and it turned out to be just a tiny blip of the actual show.

I really like Boss and Noeul as a team and thought they did a great job. Especially when looking at the show as a romance-focused series. I really don't care what they are in .. I'll watch them in anything and enjoy it. I gave the show an 8.5 overall because regardless of my expectations, they did well with the material they were given.

But for the sci-fi elements, it needed more depth for my taste. We were expected to assume or question too many points with very little supporting details. I agree that we are to believe that there really are multiple worlds and that Cir really was going back and forth. But was he always the one from this world? Was he just going back and forth between this world and a "waiting room"? If the other Cirs where able to overtake this Cir's body then the implication is that he could overtake another Cir's body, assuming he knew how they did it. I bet we could line up 10 viewers and each would have a different theory.

Many of the things you mentioned as background info not to worry about ... I wondered about from the very beginning. It was a cool concept and I'm bummed that it turned out to just be filler. The characters in the know rarely asked any questions, which boggled my mind. I would be asking a whole lot of questions in that situation, so to me, there are still many things left unresolved at the end.

One of the biggest is Zone, actually. Cir made a big deal about never leaving Zone alone with their mother, that he would have always come to save him. But unless we see different down the line, Cir just handed over his brother to save himself. (I get that Zone is an adult and he claimed to be willing to trade, but that makes no sense. That their father would bring him knowing the cost, or that both sons couldn't just refuse to cooperate and walk out. They are implying a threat that forces them to agree with only her mad face to back it up.) If the real answer for their family drama is just that the mother was vindictive and psychologically disturbed ... ok. But play that out all the way. When she started talking about property and Cir peeling another part of himself away to "pay" for his release ... I was hoping that was a part of the sci-fi part. Like maybe her family/company was part of the tech that made the travel from one world to the next possible ... that maybe we were going to find out that he grew up as a test subject and that's why he could move back and forth, because he had somehow split/shared his consciousness with the other versions of himself, seeing what they would see/experience. Or was this something he could always do, like Jin being able the read minds and his mother exploited it?

Maybe it's true that MAME didn't see the potential beyond the romance when she originally wrote this. And that's too bad. Because a few details here and there would have turned an okay story (that BossNoeul improved with their performance) into a great one.
