If I happen to take a wild guess I'd say jung Jae-young's character is the Zainichi "serial killer" and also kim shin rok who happens to be another Zainichi, isn't helping with investigation but manipulating it.
All three women in this drama are totally S-tier. They're so fine that I'm confused about whom to ship with Han Young. How about a love square between the three women and Han Young, just for fun.

I thought there couldn’t be a better actor for this character. He’s doing his mandatory military service, and I believe he’s doing well wherever he is.
