I have not read the novel but I heard people say it was TML that got her in the end but drama is completely different from novel, for example Lord was Emperor in the novel and ZXW mother was Empress dowager. I really want ZXW to win but that "Sister-in-Law" troupe is bit hard to swallow. She wants the peaceful life, so she will fall in love with the "Lord" but WXW mother will attempt kill her using the excuse, he is lord and have lot of things to do in life forcing her to settle down with TML (guard). but when she wakes into reality there is no "guard" instead its the lord of house waiting for her.
I hope Dr Lin finally learned his lesson and I am really sorry to point it out, you have to treat patient as your enemies cuz they will always try to hide information or try to downplay the problem. My anaesthesiologist friend told me that, doctors in his field must have good investigation skills to deal with people. One of the most common problems is 12 hour food deprivation, people eat food and then lie....which then lead to internal vomiting after the anaesthesia, leading to internal chocking and death.
No but I will warn you before seeing this.....its kinda focus more realism and portrays actual struggle of doctors. The subs are good for 90% of the episode with normal gender switch but you can deduce the conversation easily.

I think they will kill FL is next 4 episodes and we will go back to original timeline and judging by the teaser in ep 14.....the print on the men caring for FL was of royal origin and I suspect its the lord.

FL wants peace in life and is very careful person....yet the idiot out of jealousy after ZXW, decides to pick her up in middle of night and march through the town, towards Zhong residence to get her accused of cheating and sleeping with him. The last thing FL wants and needs is an idiot disturbing her peace and he is literally helping MY by doing this. MY maid killed herself and he didn't stab her or knew that will happen due to his behaviour (bad but not evil), she on the other hand accused him of false rape charges to get him killed. Husband is trying to stop the investigation cuz he knows MY is lying (by looking at her nails) but he can only delay the investigation, sooner or later people will ask the deputy Wu and after that.....MY is done for !
I'm not sure if MY will really be the villain actually, because one thing I like about her as an antagonist is…
at the end of the day "maid killed herself" and FL brother didn't stab her or knew that will happen, She on the other hand accused FL brother of rape. Which will get him killed and even ZLY knows, the charges are false and if that deputy Wu finds it MY will suffer consequences of making false rape claims.
at-least he is careful and don't take advantage of the drunk people. That TML (guard guy) is now crossing limit without her consent and will invite trouble for her. FL never showed an iota of "love" to that guy but still he picked her up and is now shamefully walking in town to be seen by people and got her accused of cheating/sleeping with him. The Lord has actually helped her in situations with extreme cautions, while that idiot is inviting trouble......I think we had a scene of her actual life in start of ep 14 and judging from the print it was ZXW/lord caring for her.

The problem here is by Chinese law ZXW (Lord) can issue divorce edict and the main woman of the house, ZXW mother even holds greater power to just divorce her directly without any ramification. same holds true for HQ, she can force MY to leave anytime and if ZLY wants to stop her, he has to divorce her and that Hua Rong Zu guy has legit chance here but she don't feel anything for him. She will most probably end up with Lord after ZLY/MY betray him by leaking the formula to Wu's. The Lord guy will become weak at that point and will gain FL sympathy.
