My rating criteria: 1. story, 2. actors

10. story+characters+ chemistry = I'm waiting for every part, I'll watch it several times

9.5 -9 (either the chemistry, or the story is not 100% authentic)

8.5 (good, can be watched again, but it could be better developed, dragged or rushed for my taste)

8. correct, can be watched once.

7.5 with frequent jumps, can be watched with a twist

7. Psychic limit. Below this, I rarely waste my time. I'd rather watch an old drama again than this one. I gave it a chance for the sake of one of the actors.

Below this, I rarely rate, only if something really annoys me. I usually don't spoil the joy of others. I'd rather throw the drama away, or delete it and not rate it.
