The drama choices between both genders kinda differs like, I created this account cuz I like "The Lost Tomb" series and was trying to track, when "The wild Tibetan flower" will release. So if you check the comment section of dramas related to WAR and other Wuxia topics, you will see a lot of men in comment section. but in Rom-coms like this there are usually female MDL users here and even in this drama, I started it and initially watched it under the assumption. There are multiple ML and it would another reverse harem like Eternal Love season 3 (I thought FL will take all of them as concubines) but unfortunately No.

Okay I have seen that scene and I did see a lot of these guys die on active duty for protecting the guest and if ZXW somehow goes missing, his guards will also go down the cliff and look for him. You need to watch some good historical dramas before making such claims and even if they promote their ideology, its far far milder than West. Then there is New life begins.....ML become Emperor and FL was powerful. Love like Galaxy: Niao Niao become famous and ML kept his title and evn become more powerful These are the ones I can remember on whim but there are numerous other famous titles, where its not the case and even the Long Ballad is against your description cuz ML went lord of eagle division to Leader of all tribes and FL got her title back.
Yes but then we have "Eternal Love" series and Eternal love 3 has some next level smooching, FL went as far as to say "want this thing, Sleep with me and I will give you it, if I am satisfied". So censors are not that strict, if they are letting these things slide.
I have a theory it has something to do with HBO, these western companies tend to push/force their values/narratives on other cultures. So it's quite possible the editing room removed his scenes to make room for FL to shine bit more, I personally believe you can make strong FL lead drama's without destroying ML character and Love like the Galaxy and The long Ballad are good examples of this.

No they have only shoot one ending but She is not gona spoil it, break the contract and get sued for it. I am not in entertainment department, but I have treated industry people and even we sign no-disclosure contract.
