Y'know there're people who lost their own selves when in a relationship, and so far imo NDS is written like that, that's why I find DM-HJP dynamics is more entertaining to watch despite their scenes weren't taken with all of those warm lighting, slowmo & romantic angle + music on background, lol. Their interaction felt more natural to me, as an equal man & woman who shared their ideas & take, their bantering are seriously delightful to watch & their chemistry are spot on, even all those little talk ignites sparks.
Also, I'm actually liking how the writer built HJP & SDM relationship from scratch, how even when HJP leave all his attributes from the letters behind, SDM still feel connected with him in someway, we get to see how she keep looking for him, wait for him, gives him the critics he need to hear & not afraid of him, she know his personality well.
My problem with most romcom is, I often feel bored when the leads got together as a couple & mostly right after, because they often become one person in unisono instead of 2 equal person. Somehow I feel that it won't be the case with DM-HJP but I guess we'll never know xD
If only Do San can refrain himself from pursuing Dal Mi romantically (when he wasn't able to reveal the truth to her just yet) & make their relationship pure business first or strictly as friends & gave Dal Mi a chance to see the real him. Or he reveal the truth & start their relationship as new, to know eachother character well without any hidden agenda/ taking advantage from false identity before hand.
I can probably find myself rooting for him as well.
But we know that the writer doesn't make his character like that. He know he is benefitting from the lies but still he is ignorant enough to keep pursuing her while using his false background & even has the nerve to keep cutting JP's way, out of jealousy. While actually he is currently reaping what HJP had sow.
That's why I can't find myself rooting for him, at least right now.

Lol you know that every lie had their own consequence when it is being revealed, that doesn't mean they're benefitting from the lies. Because that would means NDS just gain another benefit other than to get DM's heart/ feelings, lmao.

No, grandmother & HJP doesn't benefit anything from the lies, they do it for DM's sake as it makes her cheer up, while I can't say the samething for NDS.

What gives him the right to touch Dalmi's hair & cupping her face at the beginning of ep 7 if not HJP letter to begin with? But he dare to rub it in HJP face, really? While I can't see the chemistry between the leads either.

I dislike NJH character as NDS here because he's taking advantage of the FL so I don't think I'll ever root for the couple esp if they reveal the lies only on the last few ep & DM has no way back other than forgiving NDS (how cliche *rolling my eyes) but I still love NJH whether his reality shows & drama I'll still look forward to, I hope people won't get a wrong idea either because it's the character people are complaining about, nothing to do with the actor itself.
