Yeah, that scene was so unnecessary & exaggerated just for the sake of them being dramatic.
Well maybe, but I find them too extreme & too made up to be called as real. If that happens for real to such extent then the world we lived in & its humanity were really sucks then.
If you're interested, you may read my summary here:https://mydramalist.com/discussions/some-day-or-one-day/55905-spoiler-time-line-order-from-beginning-to-end-from-li-zi-wei-pov?pid=1340445&page=1#p1340445
Np! :D instead of depressing, they had a beautiful love & friendship that lasted in memories & the ending make it's all worth it <3
U guys kidding me? The encounter kisses were the WORST! Really cringey!that's when i started thinking he is a…
Lol, ok, people may have different views/ takes, likes/dislikes, it's your opinion I respect that, but if you see the youtube link I've given above, most of the comments (if not all) are praising the steamy kisses & refer it as best kisses & him as a good kisser, so it's just a matter of taste, his just doesn't fit yours & doesn't necessarily means he's bad, just saying.
I've seen way worst & to me his are no where near that.
But hey, am not complaining if he then step up his game even more, I'll be even more proud of him then.
Yeah, that scene was so unnecessary & exaggerated just for the sake of them being dramatic.
I don't think it's necessary, it was too exaggerated since imo working moms are more common than housewives these days, at least from where I lived (Asia), married women need to make a living too (kid's schools are expensive). But the thing that bother me the most is how they cornered the twins from that & how their friends behave, it's so unnatural & felt too forced just for the sake of them being dramatic. My relatives shared the same background as them (the mom & the kids) but things are not like that at all (thank goodness!).
I love this series HOWEVER i am very disappointed with the kissing scenes. This is tje 3rd drama I've watched…
Have you watched Encounter yet? He had steamy kisses there. https://youtu.be/-ovVthtmBNI (starting at minute 2:00 & 4:35)
I don't find his kisses on ep 7 to be weak either, it's gentle yet manly & the stare between kisses & consent gave me so much feels.
If you're referring to the one in Love in the Moonlight I'd agree, but that's not without a reason, Kim Yoo Jung (his co star) was prettymuch still considered as a minor back then, so they need to shot them that way otherwise they might receive some backlash, esp when they had age gaps as well.
Rather than doubting his sincerity, I don't see why people can 't symphatize with him for having a problematic…
What terms you refer it to by saying he keeps promoting it? He only posted his church event in his very own social media once & that's about it, like I've said too before, not continuously like you seems to keep implying him to be.
It's his private matter if he attends the church, events or even has close relation with the pastor, it's irrelevant to judge his personality by that. And it was never been confirmed as a cult neither nor he ever did something doubting from it.
I don't think it's right to judge people by his religion/ believes, it's his private relationship. Good deed & compassion as human being is what matters. I think he even did more work & social charity than us people, lol.
Rather than doubting his sincerity, I don't see why people can 't symphatize with him for having a problematic…
Lol, I know that's why I said you can't be pretentious that long & KHJ case blown up is one of the perfect example. But with Bo Gum we never had that kind of case or even hear any bad words about him (all we ever hear was even people keep complimenting his personality) that's why it'll be unfair to judge him for something that has never happened, at least until now, thus I'll reserved my judgement until it was proven otherwise.
As for the alleged cult, yes he was named Bo Gum (means precious sword) by the pastor to thank him after "saving" the critically ill baby Bogum. But that's all was his father doing and I don't think it's fair to put the blame on Bo Gum for something that his father do, especially when he's only a baby by then.
I'm a Christian myself so I know that it can be scary, but on Bo Gum's case, if all of his family has joined this religion since he's been born, I don't think it's his fault as it's the only thing he know since he was a baby, if he's indeed being brainwashed, he needs help to be able to get out from there instead of receiving some judgment, imho.
Rather than doubting his sincerity, I don't see why people can 't symphatize with him for having a problematic…
He's been in this industry for years & with how big his name already, I don't think he can be pretentious that long without having getting disclose to the public, so far from what I heard, people who knows him has always been only saying good things & impressed with his kind & sincere personality, we know how observant people can be especially to celebrity, that's why I said it can't be fake.
From what I heard, he only promoted his church event once but he never admit that he was in a cult, to him it's just a regular Christian church. Well we never know what's the real deal from the alleged cult (never proven to be a real cult), and I don't think someone's religion is something that we shd judge & doubted his personality just from it. So I'll reserve my judgement until it was proven otherwise.
I understand that this is your opinion tho & you're free to do so.
Lol, at least the ML here doesn't have a problem with identifying his own feelings so I think we can rest assure it wont be a catasthrope like Alice :)))
It's only 10 years age gap, most age romance between older/younger man and older/younger woman movies and shows…
Ikr? What a ride, lol. Yes & not only in China actually, other part of Asian did that as well (marrying cousins), I don't get why they did that, but probably cousins were taken as far relatives rather than close one to them. I've seen other "incest tag" drama like One hundred millions stars falling from the sky, but it hits different as both of them didn't know that they're connected that way, while in this drama at least one of the people involved should have been aware of that, not to mention it has the strongest blood relation, not only as siblings, but mother & son, lol
I really wanna like this and continue watching but ever since reading that Bogum is involved in a cult I just…
Rather than doubting his sincerity, I don't see why people can 't symphatize with him for having a problematic family & had to suffered since he was a kid.
His parent tried to abort him. He loose his mom in his early days (4th grade). His father took debts under his name when he's still underage & he had to deal with every problem his father got him into.
PBG known for his pure & honest side like every people around him always being so outspoken about it, how they adore & amaze by his kindness & sincerity. Whether it's true he joins the cult or not, even if it's true, highlikely it's because he's being brainwashed since he's very little & his parent is the one at fault, he's an obedient son & caring person in nature.
To quote other sites "Then there is the issue of Park’s age and vulnerability to the Jesus Centered Church. Pastor Lee Cho-seok gave Park his name, and is credited by Park as having healed him miraculously at a young age. His father spoke up about fearing Park was dying as a baby, describing him as “like a corpse”. Where doctors were supposedly “negative”, his pastor insisted his father discharge him from hospital and engage in prayer. According to his father, Park made a miraculous recovery. This all sounds marvellous, until you consider what would have happened if Park Bo-gum, then a helpless sick child treated only with prayer, had actually suffered immensely and then died. If indeed he has been brainwashed, it has likely been from birth, and from the people who have been close to him, whom he has trusted his whole life."
To me PBG still is the most pure, kind & humble soul celebrity I've ever known & it's not coming only from how he behaves when he is in the spotlight, but from the people around him told his real personality like, how kind & sincere he is & it's being echoed everywhere, you can't fake that. I'm grateful he was born & survive even after having gone through all of that & still manage to become of what he is right now.
by their logic the past happened and it can't be changed but for time travelers they could literally go back to…
Lol yes with their logic, I don't see what the fuss with the book of prophecy being missing either, they could go back to 1992 again earlier than TY&MH and create their new own universe, lol
As far as Kdramas and all time travel stories go,I would place Nine times travel at the top of the list..Fantastic…
Time travel aspect wise, imo this is nowhere near Nine, at this point as of ep 10 my expectation goes lower & lower if they could explain their rule properly & stick right through it. Because they threw a bunch of idea but now the way they shown it, it's just messed up & the rule doesn't add up one and another, not to mention we got this disturbing romance they keep forcing in our throat instead (although I don't think they'll fully went that way, but still it annoys me how they choose to shot it that way & it brings down/degrading the whole drama itself to me).
It's a pity because I love their premise/ general idea/ plot itself but the directing is such a dissapointment. Joo Won is great in here though, am still watching this for him & also for Lee Da In's acting & character (she is a discovery for me).
It's only 10 years age gap, most age romance between older/younger man and older/younger woman movies and shows…
The age gap is not a problem at all. The point is she is his mother, or at least she had the same DNA & looks exactly like his own mother. How can we be fine? unless people normalized incest because like it or not they're blood related.
Incredibly boring and irrelevante family and side stories apart, i'm watching just for curiosity how the love…
No need to interprete that scene too much, it's just a teaser of something that might happen on the next ep, I believe we'll see the full picture next week. It might be their sexual tension & he barely hold on to not get too carried away, if that's the suffering you're referring to, lol

Esp if we consider his innocent character there xD
