It's showing you the reality. The guy could have been the murderer of the hit & run case but you need definite…
"You've decided he's right and she's wrong based on your own biases because you don't want the ML to be wrong here. "
I may hv my own bias but it's not coming from the ML which you accused me to. But coming from my own experience seeing two close people of mine with alzheimer which's the original case that was talked about so I don't see why it become the problem, else it shd be evenmore valid than someone who never see any with the diagnose
It's showing you the reality. The guy could have been the murderer of the hit & run case but you need definite…
Believe what you want to believe, I'm speaking from my own experience seeing my two aunt (mom's elder and younger sis) who both hv been diagnosed with alzheimer & one hv passed away from it, why would I lie just to defend someone who isn't even real.
It's none of my business if you think otherwise, you're the one who already decided that I'm biased regardless what I said
It's showing you the reality. The guy could have been the murderer of the hit & run case but you need definite…
Thing is, it can happen occasionally, sometimes they get better, or get worse or stay that way, so... we can't be sure, just like the case with the lady too, they're patchy, one minute they look ok & then blanked
It's showing you the reality. The guy could have been the murderer of the hit & run case but you need definite…
There's gradual declining stage with alzheimer that determine how far/ unreliable their memory might be. So I'm sticking to ML's pov are still right, her memory may not as reliable as other people without the diagnosed, what she believe/play in her memory may not be the actual truth.
My other aunt with same diagnose even keep calling her daughter as her older sist so let's just say I hv my reason to say this.
It's showing you the reality. The guy could have been the murderer of the hit & run case but you need definite…
Uhm nope, it's the nature, a good prosecutor can make her more believable than she was but that's her prosecutor's job, not the ML's. The ML is just doing a good job as a lawyer from her oppose party to find a loophole that is not against the law, in this case being so convincing that the witness herself become unsure, weakening her stand. How can one be sure for what she's seeing if she doesn't believe it herself.
Both Lawyer & Prosecutor are hired to win their case, that's just nature.
Also coming from alzheimer's POV, real case here, my aunt eat 3 times daily everyday but everytime I ask she always said never, so how is that reliable? It's not discriminatory, it's just their nature.
It's showing you the reality. The guy could have been the murderer of the hit & run case but you need definite…
Remember that what you're seeing is from the lady's POV, so what you think is correct may not be the truth at all, but play from her memory. You can never be sure with it coz her memory may fool her believe completely & not reliable at all.
My aunt had it, it went from forgetting she has her lunch, to loosing her nerve control, to forgetting her own face & waving back when she sees her own face in the mirror as she think it's a stranger face and it will only get worse (no cure for it).
The ML just speak the truth, like it or not, people with alzheimer has unreliable memory thus become unreliable witness.
Have you tried a VPN? It’s worked for me with Viki in the past.
Thanks to you finally I get to watch two ep of them last night & like you said, they're very cute hehe, am truly enjoying their laidback vibes, such a light, breezy watch with adorable human&fluff beings 🤭
Gosh I'm not into law drama but love every case they show here, really interesting & heartfelt while not taking too much time but enough to bring something into the plate. Also, idk why people think they took a step backward in the romance dept with ep 7, coz I think of the opposite. Ep 7 laid a great foundation for the romance to move forward, with the leads talking more about private stuff and opening up to eachother, that too after let him make a peace with his past & closing that chapter. Even the presume future problem has a correlation to romance between colleague that I believe will have something to do/ grand foundation for the leads to be together in the future, esp since the second leads romance were also in the making. So I'm more optimist this slow burn romance will led into something than nothing 🙃
Youku is such a big troll, early 2025 this drama has always been seated in the front row coming soon section as #1 yet every other drama getting released but this one. Luckily I never let myself getting fooled & baited to subscribe over empty words 😤
so from what i read in the news, the woman who accused him got 8 months of prison because of false accusations.…
"it would be more regret than actually nonconsensual" This too my thoughts! The case seem sus from the get go for me. A rape victim usually would feel too disgusted or afraid to be even present in the same place let alone to arrange another meeting through text like what she did (& her text present in the court as evidence) + it happened in her place where she allowed him to take a bath.
why this actor keeps getting roles? wasn’t he a criminal?
People need to stop keep dragging people's name trough mud & easily labelling people as criminal without verifying. Innocent until proven guilty are there for a reason! He won the case in court after all the hearings & evidence presented, not only by assumptions, get over it!
Never heard innocent until proven guilty? Why don't people mind their own life instead of keep dragging someone's…
Ikr, coz it's easy to judge other people when they hide their identity as they typed it online & acted as if they know everything about it (when they actually know nothing but rumor they heard). Thus, people shd be held accountable for what they typed, these kind of act (spreading hate, misinformation) can push someone undeserved into the corner & led to suicidal cases.
Never heard innocent until proven guilty? Why don't people mind their own life instead of keep dragging someone's…
It's their choice, not yours, just like you believe his accuser, people can believe his as well, it's his right, esp when the court rules support his proving & give sentence to his accuser after all the evidence & hearings were laid in court, unlike yours which's solely based on opinions.
Never heard innocent until proven guilty? Why don't people mind their own life instead of keep dragging someone's…
Why would you even bring drama into the drama? No one care about the actor's life, they just want to watch a drama, a drama consists a lot of people's hardwork from the production team and all the casts not the main alone. Also, regardless of what you keep pressing, the court rules he is not guilty. The consent they're referring is the blatant direct asking but people rarely does that if the situation led that way. The whole case is sus coz the FL even ask him for place where to eat after it happens & the allaged place where it happened even her own place which she can control or hv camera where he'll never know. It's about what she says vs what he says so unless the court rules that he is guilty, you can't ask people to boycott or keep dragging his name into mud. You can choose to not watching his, but stop dictating people like somekind police watch over case that is unproven.

Ep 4 case breaks me, poor lil' girl 😭 Amazing ep btw, best ep so far! And I think it's pretty much confirm the seeds of romance has deeply planted for it to begin, yeayy 🥹🫶
Their ep can't be 1 hr long, how can they ended so fast? I feel astonish everytime I see the Esquire end cue. Ep 3 is another great ep from them & I'm all in with our leads bonding time whatever label they named it as ♡
