Yess it hurts alot, the angst are so well done ๐ฅน๐ค. I also treasure the time where he finally can't hold himself back & kiss her. His concern look as he sees her crying in her sleep. His promise to comeback and stay by her side forever once everything is over (tho she can't believe what she hear), his conflicted hurtful gaze as he sees her genuinely stand by him dearly despite him being a careless master to even say hurtful things to her, all of it are just perfect, romantic yet hurt so good ๐ญ

For sure, I believe it'll be a hit! I read it only few hours yet the impact, wow it lingers & stay in my mind eversince, even when I was doing something else. The writer is really good conveying the angst, agony & feel of the characters, I can't wait to see it airing already & I hope we can see more reuters to keep us well fed until they finally air ๐คง
I just completed the novel, it's short but dang so good, I cried reading through it, they're two lonely people who love e/o, the romance and angst hits so good, now I feel evenmore excited for Laizan, ZYL & JJY fits the character h to t, their face comes to mind as I read it, two sad people aaa ๐คง๐ฅน
Her Vlog, I can't ๐คฃ when they mention Adai's weapon would be a hammer, I thought it'd be a cute toy hammer like Thor's, didn't expect it'd actually be that HUGE, poor Adai ๐ trying to keep up with that tiny figure of hers & keep stumbling down, from her Shifu's lazy chair & stuffs (Shifu seem to be enjoying his shopping sprees day) ๐ & now this ๐
This is not good, I'm already getting too hyped up even before the filming begin, ZYL & JJY look sooo good, she look cute like a lil' bunny & he look hot (lazy but hot, ha! ๐), the wait gonna be hard I see ๐ฉ
What a beautiful drama with complex characters throughout, showing all kind of perspective at people dealing with tragic events, misery & their own baggage.
Bei Yu's life is so heartbreaking (literally sobbing for her), girl went through so much when she just want to be loved.
I love our ML FL, Ming Sheng and Qing Yu's character sm, our girl is a tough cookie, a mature, independent girl with highsense of justice/ idealism and Ming Sheng, her lighthouse, her safe heaven, such a charming, mature lil' guy who understand what's best for them. I adore the sisterhood in this as well.
I wish there're more ep (& more romance) but it's a great, beautiful drama nonetheless. Reborn, completed 9.5/10
My gosh, this drama feels like tons of self reflection & I get an instant flashback of my life from this ep alone, it hits you right in the feels and oh all those beautiful paralel.
The hardships & the whole meaning of Love, all kind of love in every angle & POVs. Love between mother and daughter, mother and son, father and son, between siblings, between friends, even acquaintance, I don't think they miss anything, I cry like a baby, not that coz it was depressing, but more because I was touched.
So far 11 ep in, they're worth a 100/10, precious lil' gem โค๏ธ 1 more ep to go & am not ready to let 'em go ๐คง
So this is what it feels like to have a broken family, so suffocating oh my lord, her mother is so toxic and impossible to talk to I just can't stand her & her father is no better (even worse), a spineless man, her family is rotten to the core, gosh I really feel bad for her, they need to stop pushing her to the corner, everyone has limits!
On the other hand, the leads are so adorable together, everytime they're together I melted & lol who knows he's such a romanticist ๐คญ

I get the overall premise of the novel that both character has their own insecurities, but that's what I get from reading 61 chapters out of 92 (I think?), it's already 2/3rd from the whole novel. And YES it's frustating to see FL behaves that way, answer a question with question, sending mixed signal, deliberately confusing the ML, playing hard to get.
To make it worse, the author took too much time to show her character dreaming about the guy than actually try getting to know him personally. Knowing the ending doesn't change the beginning, while I get she has issue with her parent, I still couldn't find myself relate to her behaviour (intentionally stirring up ML emotion using SML after baiting the ML). I even think she may not actually like the ML as the real person, but this one certain character that he play as, let alone the ML.
When they're in relationship (at least till part where I'm reading) the ML has always been proactively asking about her personal feeling, her background, her parents etc, he want to get to know her better, but I hardly see that with the FL, maybe later idk but I've already lost the will to continue further.

SML kiss her & she didn't object it strongly, keep sending him food etc, how is it not leading him on? ML is as clear as day that he took interest in her, he look for her everywhere, keep coming to place where she's at, but everytime he move forward, she step backwards and always seen present with SML, she's giving ML mixed signal & it's frustating to see. Even when the ML conveys his feeling, she keep playing her game, it's only over just because the SML went abroad to another country. Glad to hear she chase him at the end coz she deserves it.
