Let’s be honest, the whole concubine system is trash. I haven’t seen a drama that doesn’t expose this in someway. Women are forced to compete so everyone who is next to their husband is an enemy. Even in dramas where concubines are good , they tend to be bullied into submission. The problem isn’t the women it’s the men and the concubine system.


Also this drama doesn’t even tough on it as heavy as other dramas. Here it’s not even the focus it’s a plot device. The Main female lead being upset about concubine yun is normal. Who the heck wants to share their husband? Especially when they haven’t even solidified their relationship

WS is an expert at hurting his own feelings. First reading her private wish then opening a gift box that isn’t for him. He could have saved himself from hurt feeling by simply not being nosy 🤣🤣🤣

Yes this would have been so gooood. Like if they wrote him as her Bestfriend/confidante/WS expert, rather than the love triangle. It would have been a nice angle and WS would still have been jealous any ways lol

I actual dislike the stereotypical “weak” female lead. But the depiction here is pretty good. She’s literally just a normal girl who adheres to societal rules and enjoys what her life affords her. She cares about her dad, thinks about her mom, is friends with her maids, hopes for a good husband, and likes clothes and jewelry. I don’t see anything wrong with that.
