She doesn’t like WJY. I stopped watching Avenue X a while ago, she has her favs. Such a low to comment on her looks, especially as woman yourself. I think WJY is beautiful anyway but would never take a dig at someone’s looks. Then pple complain when some get plastic surgery without realizing the pressure they are put under by some of us to look a certain way.
Oh I thought you meant fake as in she is acting in love to fool him and has a greater plan. I do think she did fall for his “charms”. When she was going through all the things he sent her and the scent pouch was their way of showing us how she is falling for him. She also didn’t try to resist the incense and told him I had chosen you already, as a general she should have thought of stabbing herself. There are different types of love. She seemed to have quickly learnt to love him since her aunt told her it’s better to have a man who loves you. Another poster above puts it way better than I do.
I don’t really know if she faked her love. When she was kneeling it’s only when the beat of the drums she remembered conversations with her dad. Then she said she had been a coward and has lost her righteousness. So she kind of woke up to go back to righteousness after that memory .
Can someone tell me, Genral Yin, she truely loves that stupid Crown Prince, or she is acting?
She truly loves him. The drum beating seemed to wake her up back to reality. Reminded about her dad. She confesses how she had become a coward and had lost her righteousness.
Luo Mei is delusional, does she think a few slaps can make up for all those deaths???? I wonder if she will surprise us and do the right thing, slaps ain’t it!
I see a lot of people disappointed about the way the show is going and how it seems Mei Lin is not the same assassin…
I am really happy with the Mei Lin we got. I would have been annoyed with her if she spent most of the episodes trying to kill the wrong person. Also she has constantly used her skills, they wouldn’t have survived the snow without her vigilantly looking out for danger only sleeping when they were safe.
I bet Luo Mei succeeds in dodging marriage consummation.
She was smiling a lot during the ceremony. I hope she dodges it for my sake 🤣. But girl seems willing. As a general she didn’t even try to resist during that incense scene and told him I was going to pick you. Hopefully she will surprise me.
MJH gets so jealous lol… Telling Mei Lin to not listen to YQ or owe him anything, he will payback. He is so 🥰. I can see his heart truly breaking in the future if they can’t find a cure.
I hope Wu Jingyan has other wuxia/xianxia/historical drama projects soon. Both of the double and kill me love…

Not me getting a girl crush on Mei Lin. She is a protector and so caring. Not only does she make sure she physically protects MJH she also emotionally aware of his needs. Like or he used his sleeping meds, I will need to make sure he still sleeps without knocking him out lol…she is the one who sets out to get the herbs, he can rest comfortably as a hostage. I also like how she has shown MJH that yes revenge for the army he lost is important but so are all the innocent lives that have been lost and those that are still not lost yet during this battle with CP. MJH knows she is a good catch, doing all that needle work to make sure she is well taken care of 😍
