So I started this as my friend has been hounding me to watchđ 15 episodes in and I love it.
Old Gaoâs inferiority complex is really hard to watch, because he doesnât reason lool and itâs not like itâs Li Xunâs fault that he is smarter. However i do feel sorry for him? Cause in ep15 it looks like that girl only got close to him so she could approach Li Xun
What a perfect ending! Everyone was happyđ„č and she found out Wan liked her since their school daysđ„°
I really wish they showed us mini king being a normal kid and playing with friends! Instead they showed us that he still maintains a heavy schedule with school lol
Oh and the cherry on top really was Hui Ju being the one to strike the finale blow to Jeong U. Jeong U was such a shitty friend to the two people he was closest to! Wan saying âitâs your fault for thinking I took her from you when she was never yoursâ was sublime!
Also glad they didnât show Hui Ju finding out he liked her, cause itâs irrelevant!!
Ugh Hui Ju and her brotherâs dynamics have truly been entertaining to watch since the start and iâm so glad they went down the supportive yet annoying older brother routeđ thier last scene together was so cute and funny!!!
Finally the hate this drama has received is so forced, in my opinion đ but whats even more absurd is people saying Woo Seok and IUâs acting is âbadâ. Think people just didnât get the characters in the story lol
I really like the pacing of this drama, but he confessed already?đ
Its hard for me to comprehend because its clearly his subconscious that reacta to her lol, i would have loved to see more episodes of him trying to fight it/figure it out. I wonder how she will respond to the confession
The police station scene was so funny and cute!!
I canât wait for next week and hopefully more Josen era back story cause i need to know how she transformed from a meek main to a powerful consort!
FL also realising the brother/uncle share same evil aura was kinda cool I hope she uses her knowledge of the past to counteract him and help ML
I like that it makes sense why the FL doesnât recognize his face from her past life. It makes it even intriguing…
Tbh It didnât make sense to me, unless its a case of he fell for her but she didnât in the past life so she didnât pay much attention. Because a one sided mask should not make that much of a difference.

The sequence of the scenes are really bad and is currently ruining the storytelling for me!
First, they are at the outpost, then the next scene is them back in her mum's city FL falls off a cliff where she is below ML, then in the next scene, she is laying on top of him? I've noticed it other times, too, where the next scene it cuts to is abrupt. We also don't really know how much time has passed.
I fear might have to wait for good subs, on Viki cause right now Wetv is my only option but it's a day. behind lool
And FL and ML don't get many scenes together, which i can understand as the story is still being built.
I hope Ye Xian can overcome his inferiority complex and have some sort of character development... Like his weapons, playing an integral part in his character development would be nice
