Really loved it at the start and the pacing but then the story really lost me ahaha i guess they were tryna be artsy but left me confused. Took me two goes just to finish it
I feel the same way as you do. The drama started off very well and then it was tedious for me to finish it. FL…
I didn’t even consider she was tired of the visions tbh, thanks for that new perspective. And yes the emperor was very annoying to me also! And fairs enough not like the show because it was kinda childish.
I recommend you watch ‘Fortune Writer’ its a really good short!
Season 2 and 3 are also on MDL, with links on the related contend part
Yh they can be soo tricky to find. For this one whoever created this page added it under ‘related content’ if you scroll up. Theres also loads of other similar drama’s too😊
I seem to have watched this already lol and completely forgotten it, as so many familiar scenes kept happening, literally getting Deja Vu the entire time.
TBH, it was great at the start, then started to feel like a chore, but the last 3 episodes brought it back up for me! The plot really picked up and delivered as best as it could. Episode 23 was very heartfelt and answered the question I was asking myself for so long. "How did she get lost?"
The FL was confusing to watch tbh, one minute she's smart and cheeky, the next she's dumb and annoying?? Her bracelet arc was also very interesting, and to see her just break it in the end for a man?? Like, surely she knows that's a keepsake from her mum?? Also, very random that this bracelet gave them powers, but no explanation?
WHY did we not get shown the conversation where he reveals his true identity to her? I also wish they had shown us the Emperor acknowledging her as his sister! What a waste, man. Also, them talking about being broke at the end is laughable, as she's literally a princess and tbh has nothing to do with the Duke.
Another unnecessary plot device was mentioning Fugai having a brother with a neck mark, and it being the orphan boy at the shrine. (even though they gave them that cute montage before he died)
Guess that's what we get for short drama's however, for a short drama, it was still pretty good and one of the better written ones I've seen.
I need to know how An Ning pulled all this off. Did she have help? Did she know they were sisters? Will it be revealed to the girls that they are twins? Probably not
The whole thing of the leads knowing each other could of been revealed better too, what do you mean her FACE wasn't a dead giveaway but her biting your lip?
Also, the main arch is baffling, you mean to tell me that Song guy killed all 3 of their parents? Also, he keeps getting arrested then released lol. It's illogical even if it is a short drama ffss
Lastly, i prefer the FL's chemistry in her other drama, Embrace in the Dark Night, which was also better written. I've noticed short dramaworld love the twins/same face trope ahaha
Anyways, still looking forward to the finale episode to see how this finishes

So happy for her big screen debut!
