I'm only discovering this, as fans of When the phone rings have suggested this as an alternative while waiting for the new eps, but so many bad reviews now i'm torn

Rated this 9.5 only because I didn't understand the last ep. Beautiful chemistry between the leads and a solid script. One thing i loved was that there were no filler episodes, which i find to be the case with most mini-dramas. I recognised the FL from The Doubble too which is a pleasant surprise.

I found the plot dumb and boring, like really struggling to finish it so gonna drop it. These Chinese shows love a fake sibling love trope lool. it would of been better if they used a younger actor for the ML for when he found her but they didn't so i always got weird vibes as he was her guardian who raised her.

I thought i could stomach a toxic lead, but i had to go ahead and drop this. made me too uncomfortable ahaha. Maybe i will circle back in the future

I may go back to it at another time. For now i have many others to catch up on. I have also already spoiled the ending for my self lool

Yes its, really good drama. You can now find the completed version on Dailymotion too with the same title. However the translations are not as good, but worth it. Side note i’m note sure why its so hard to find the FL as ive watched her in soo many drama’s😂

I dropped this at ep25 which was a shame as it started off SO well, but I lost intreast as I no longer found it gripping.

Can someone recommend some more shows like this? More like the Male Leads character, i do love him. I have been looking at some more of Zhang Ling He's drama, but none of the other characters he plays matches this. My journey to you is on my list, though.

I really had to force myself to finish this one. Also confused with the ending. Did he die or not? And the SML getting away with everything is sooo annoying.
