I just realized he called her A’Zhao before the confession 💛 Using Ah in front of a can be a term of endearment!! She was so surprised too 🙈

Many either hate some in the cast or they nitpick at everything from the filming direction to color schemes to how original it is etc.

So he was indeed in love. She was his light! The way he tried to follow wherever she was and ended up in the desert. Then even joined her father’s army because she’s there. Of course she left and fell for Xiao Xun so Yan Lai could only watch and protect from afar 😭 I’m glad she got a second chance and didn’t missed out on him this time. His confession to her was so sweet 💛💛

I get sad sometimes thinking about it. But I’m in full support of the cast since they worked hard to bring us this masterpiece. All the Reuters and bts vids helped calm down my anger and confusion long ago 🙈 And the chemistry between the two main is out of this world so they did Dudu right by pairing her with YiRan 💛 Their promos together are quite nice too, heart fluttering like their scenes in the drama!!! In Dudu we shall trust!!
