When I see a swing now in a Chinese drama I immediately think of YuanWen right away. For some reason to me the swing represents the two 💛

The ost is one of the best I’ve heard in years so check out the rest even if you dropped the drama. The main/support cast each sung their own theme song which is rare in cdrama so I find the ost very unique in its own original way. The bgm is very nice too, sadly some weren’t released so a MDL member that watched FoF has been working hard editing and giving us the bgm

Glad you finished and liked the drama. Many gave up cuz of female lead and didn’t give the rest a chance

GJM and co really did her wrong. It’s super sad the support and guest cast got more development and back story than her, a supposed main cast

It’s one of the most heart breaking scene ever =(

She’s badly written. They threw her script out the window after her being epic in episode one and made sure support and guest cast got a better development and story than her. If you don’t mind a bit of spoiler I recommend checking out topic discussion “The Real Hero and Characters’ Symbolism” to see more in depth of her character. Her tears are a huge foreshadow to the story too
