Three stories - first story was good, the other two, about okay
This comprises of several stories, each one unlinked form the other. I liked the first story. If you are up for some quick, quirky fluff, you can watch it...won't hurt.BL-needle score- 8.5. High BL-ness (1 & 3), 6 Low BL-ness - Story 2
Story 1: The first story was quirky, and fluffy, with a tiny time loop thrown in. I was thinking, oh, yet another predictable, super-photoshopped KBL.....and then I saw that each episode is roughly no longer than 10 minutes, which made me binge-watch all 4 episodes and change my mind.....while it still is quite 'photoshppped', it's damn cute, with good production values, and has a time-loop plot to boot...I must admit I was pleasantly surprised...:D
Two uber-cute Korean boys secretly crushing over each other for a long-ass time without confessing...nothing new in that....but their moments were cute .....and then when they grow up and get into that confession time loop, it was super cute and funny....and that background guy , apparently minding his own business, but actually being the audience's voice all through the 6 time loops...lol...that was a clever and quirky insert that I really liked.
Story 2 is sad, and actually could have nice if the treated it better. It had a nice angst in it, with reasonably ok acting by the actors, but I felt that they could develop it too well, and it ended up feeling truncated, instead of giving us the jolt it was expected to, I guess
Story 3 is pretty run-of the mill, two ex-lovers getting back, did not really get the purpose of making a short like that, I mean if a short doesn't have a quirk or a twist, how does it qualify to be a short, right?

Wait till Ep 3, the romance kicks in and the loophole-ey script gets a tad better
The first two episodes wre very disappointing, Tongtong notwithstanding, so I had decided to drop the drama....but Ep 3 changed my mind....the romance starts to grow on you Ep 3 onward and makes the loopholey script seem a tad more bearable.and then..sigh. there's Tongtong.....But I still stand by my original review below from the first two episodes. Will change this if it goes on to become reasonably better in the next few episodes...for now, I'll continue to watch this, hoping it will improve..that 6.5 score is just for Tongtong, otherwise it will be even lower... :/BL-Needle Score: 8. The drama is novel in its crime thriller-horror-supernatural elements, but the good part ends there......I had waited to see Tongtong as a BL-drama lead ever since his act as the super handsome, uber-supportive bro in Khun Chai (To Sir, With Love), and was very pumped about this show.....but as I sat through the first 2 episodes of Nour, what a disappointment it was...
The script till Ep 2 is plain half-hearted with zero homework done on how real world scenarios would look like for a crime thriller....for example, how police interrogations would actually look like (instead of one investigating officer borderline trying to mock-flirt another in front of the suspect), how an investigating officer who is stringent about doing it alone (Ken) is expected to behave-handle the evidence he gathered (instead of keeping it neatly stacked on his office table that is) and the kind of thorough knowledge and understanding Ken is expected to have about humans and their evolving technology for someone who had lived through 200 years without dying (instead of not knowing how to use a smartphone, he did not time travel, you dodos) ...sigh.... the list is endless....and even though I sat through all of the two episodes 45 minutes length to find a saving grace for this Tongtong starer that I had so waited for, I could find none....
I just wish Tongtong lands a lead role in a BL-drama with a more thought-through script in the coming days :((

Another KBL with flawless skins, perfectly dressed people, and fake dating theme, but not half bad
It is a truth universally acknowledged in the KBL universe that a single, high net worth rich heir and young tech-entrepreneur, with stone-cold heart, flawless skin, and 'never-gonna-marry' stance must be in need of a 'gay-fake-dating' candidate to ward off them blind-date gals....and a guy who can pretend to be the parent on the phone, clear clogged toilets, has a body fit for nude modelling, over-performs at impersonification gigs, and is desperate for money, is without doubts the best candidate ever....BL-needle score: 6. Moderate BL-ness so far
As the usual story goes, they will off course eventually fall in love for real and satisfy all the expected tropes.....may I add that when the time comes, I expect one of them to wear oversized KBL-clothes in pastel shades and the other perfectly tailored formal clothes, find a soft diffused-lights-environment to slightly peck each other on the lips (without ruining the glow-make up)...if they end up doing more than that (I hope they do), I will definitely raise the score...:D
Lol...the tropes notwithstanding, I like the good looking cast, and the high production values.....the acting is also reasonab;ly alright so far....have decided to keep watching for now .

I haven't watched something this cute in a long time.....just melts your heart!!! WATCH!!!
This completely melts your heart.....Chia Kai is beyond cute, and Dawei too....and grandma...you can't but love them ...also there's a lot of potential for sequels and I hope they do make because I would love to see this pair again 💖BL Needle Score: 8.5 Very High BL-ness
Chia Kai can sense and see things beyond the normal and that leads him to do what he does...in the goofiest and adoringly cute ways...with Ta Wei he almost seems like a lost dog following him around, without knowing why...and Ta Wei himself, with all that hard exterior, seems like a softie waiting to unfold
Even the synopsis talks about a supernatural element, the story is so much more than that...to me, the show doesn't seem to focus on a lot of thrills of the supernatural kind, but a lot of human elements instead, including some of the difficult and painful parts of human psyche.....and an endearing connecting forming between this unlikely pair...
Both leads are cute, and particularly Chia Kai.
This is unlike anything that has come out of Taiwan in a while and had really beautiful human and emotional elements wrapped in fluff...it has promises for a lot more if they decide to make future

Yummy bare torsos decked in jewelled belts, not much otherwise :P
I love Pak's bare torso...particularity in his past-life avtaar, wearing that white chong kraben and silver jewelled belt across his tantalising torso.....:D......beyond the tantalising half-bare men, this has little to offer so far...this kinda reminds me of school projectsBL-needle score: 7.5, reasonably high BL-ness
With past-life romp flash backs, present day showering scenes, and an attempt to weave a story that links both, all within 7-7.5 precious minutes is a tall order....each of the 10 minutes-long episodes of this mini series has 1 minute each of titles at the beginning and end, and 1 minute teaser of 'next episode' at the end...
The principal reason that I decided to watch this is because it is a mini series, and the leads seemed easy on the eyes....watched all the four episodes at one go....I liked the leads and their 'offerings'...but that's about it...I might come back to binge watch the rest of the episodes at one go when they become available...I hope they don't cover-up those bare torsos. :P

Achy-breaky-cute rom-com - made me happy
Sappy- check, Cute- check, Tearjerker- Check, Logic- None, Happy- YES ...:DBL-needle score: 8 High BL-ness
In my first attempt, I had stopped watching this after the first 10 minutes and tried once more on being recommended by a BL-bestie...and man I was so swept away by how achy-breaky-cutey it is....it so satisfied the sappy, romcom watcher in me..sigh!
Bai comes from a family of intelligence officers over generations and is seen as the weak and emotional one by the patriarch of the family, Bai's grandfather. He wants Bai to toughen up and hence puts him under the tutelage of one of his trusted officers and assigns him to a case to spy on Hei, a fitness instructor, part time sparring partner (probably street fighting where he has to loose to get money), and apparently close to the intelligence agency target Dou Keyi, who runs a questionable all-service agency. Hei has a run-in with the agency since he is trying to get a lot of money in a short amount of time to pay for the medical bills for his sister's heart surgery. Bai has to prove to his grandfather that he is tough enough to continue the family legacy of being intelligence officers. Even though he starts off well by being Hei's apartment-partner and successfully tracks his moves for the first few days, he gradually gets sucked into Hei's endearing family, his struggles, and starts to fall for Hei. What ensues is a difficult and conflicting time for Bai as he is torn between his need to prove himself to his grandfather, find his own understanding of right and wrong, while keeping his identity from Hei, a person he has come to love.
The idea of the plot was quite good, but the show wanted to focus more on the emotional and love aspects of the story rather than trying to portray an authentic spy-tale. So the end results are a mostly no-logic spy story that only serves as the backdrop of their love and emotional struggle, which is delivered quite well. By the end of episode 5, I couldn't care less about the huge script holes in terms of the spy-story because they served the romance so good. If you decide to watch this, watch it for that.
The chemistry between the leads is adorable, the acting is good for the leads, and strictly tolerable for the rest of the cast, production values are reasonably good, and so is the music.
So, should you watch it? If you like silly, tearjerker, romcoms with cute leads, then YES.

I loved them in Only Boo, but Keen-Sea are beyond just cute in this 4 episode 'Hi' By My Luck'..they are totally scream-worthy....even with a simple story, and only 4 episodes, they will have your heart in a stronghold....I can not have enough...just cannot...I now want a full series of their melty-cutesy-adorable love story.

Started off quite well, good script, enough eye candies, and gives you the jitters alright
I like that we are getting so many horror-suspense themed BL dramas these days....and this landed right on Halloween night, so I guess they timed it like that intentionally. Frankly, I wasn't expecting a lot from this one and started watching simply because I was intrigued by the synopsis and trailer earlier, but I actually ended up liking the first episode quite a bit.It started off really well...leaving out a few logical loopholes here and there, which us BL watchers are mostly seasoned to by now, its pretty well scripted, and believable...acting, cast, production values, make-up, sets, all of it is quite good too. I think the scares are pretty good too, comparing with other Thai BL shows.
While I haven't watch Pit Babe, I like the lead pair's chemistry in this one so far. Also, Pavel is looking delish as SIngha, and so is the guy who plays King.....it seems like Singha and King have some beef from how Singha was staring daggers....I have a hunch that King may be part of the bad guys.
All in all, I would say it's safe to watch.

This could have been one of the best dramas of 2026, but it started sliding... still quite watchable
The high of this series hits you right from the start!!! The delish, toxic, red-flagey and scintillating chemistry ... the push-me-pull-me angst....and the insane face cards...Woooooof!!! Unfortunately, the script has been sliding somewhat since Ep 6 and it makes me sad because this drama started out so well.....I'm lowering the score to 8 nowBL-Needle Score: 8. High BL-ness
A tough undercover cop getting into a 'no-one-must-know' lust-love entanglement with young CEO who seems all shades of doubt, dark, and irresistible charm....with enough elements for conspiracies, scheming family members, big-company board politics, guns, blood, lust and angst-driven love....this had it all, but seems to be falling prey to budget and timeline constraints?
Ep 7 was also disappointing on the same lines as Ep 6...the script suddenly looses its sharpness...in Ep 6 they make the whole Foon infiltrating the Ho clan and getting close to the top-lady look too much like a cake-walk...maybe they had to skip parts of the story because of time and budget constraints, but it didn't feel as convincing as this drama has been so far...and now in Ep 7 that lighter saving Tou from a bullet fired from a gun with its barrel pressed against h is chest - that was way too much to digest.... and then no one in that whole gang checked if he actually died before dumping him somewhere, where there clearly seems like there was no blood!!!...since it was a given that the story can not have Tou die, I was thinking that they will make some of his own gang members, or the police invade this place and that is how he will be saved....I mean it would still be believable if Foon shot at him from a distance.||..but this was way too much fantasy to digest for a show that felt like it was aiming to be realistic ... 😶
Also, I wish they hadn't used AI for those animated scenes...its quite cringe...If you want the flashback in animation, can you please hire an artist to do that for you

Watch it only if you are a fan of the leads, the story is rather tame
If you are a fan of Joon-Dunk and/or First-Khaotung and are here to watch them being cute, smexy, etc., then you would definitely enjoy this. Otherwise its just tame and yet another OTT Thai BL that ends up offering the same old.BL-needle score- 8, reasonably high BL-ness
I find Joon really hot, and like Force's acting - two main reasons that I had started watching this. But it just grew more and more tame and lost reasons for me to continue to watch it. I mean its not worse than a lot of other shows that I have watched earlier, and I wasn't expecting a lot from it anyway, but given that I am not a fan of the leads (the reason I continued to watch Jack & Joker, for example :D) and have grown more nit-picky these days about the story, I dropped it.
My verdict - go in only if you are a fan of the leads, otherwise you will be disappointed.

The seduction of retro, politics, forbidden lust, and a powerful love...a must watch!!
This is a show of the proverbial 'second couple' ...they plain steal the show, and no, not by accident...it is meant to be that way....Apo and Mile are great too, but they, and all the other players in this drama, pale to Son and Euro, particularly Son, I would say.....they made it beyond stunning..a must watchBL-needle Score: 8. They had me seduced right from the start with those retro yellow tones, the flower-power vibes, the 70s guitar-sax-jazz tunes......and the quietly unfolding political map for a script, seeping with layers of deception, infidelity, decadence, and sauve.... Apo-Mile's comeback show seemed all set to bang, and how!!!! And then, it actually turned out to better!!!
I loved that retro-styled credits at the beginning! I was off course looking forward to Apo-Mile's next, but did not really expect it to be this good! This was a slow burn story with strong love-hate equations, deep-simmering lust and a powerful love playing havoc, in the backdrop of political turmoil of a nation that is in the throes of change.
Should you watch it? YES and YES

Give this some time, it'll grow on you...and yes, Keen-Sea are really magical when together
This show is indeed like gravity, you are not particularly impressed or thrilled with it at first, but it keeps pulling you nevertheless...I was so happy to see my pookies Keen-Sea back with a show, but was borderline disappointed with the first two episodes where the script seems rather bland......but episode 3 was a game changer....I upped my score and will keep watching...this drama is a grower, give it some time...🥰BL-Needle Score: 8.5 High BL-ness
Keen-Sea really are magical when together, and I just changed my review after episode 3....I am particularly impressed by Sea....he's really acing the nerd-neurodivergent-kind younger guy in love - act....and the ways that we see Niran very slowly melt away to Cheewa's transparent attempts at hitting on him, is plain adorable.....

What an epic start!!! Est and William seem all set to prove that they can do all kinds of roles with equal ease!BL-needle Score: 8.5. High BL-ness
Off course I was looking forward to the next from William-Est after the delicious ThamePo...and they dont disappoint at all! This is almost diametrically opposite of what they played in ThamePo...coy, sincere and having integrity to a fault....William plays an out and out playboy with very questionable romantic integrity and constantly leading people on...even though he does seem to convey that the engagements are light-hearted flirting and ONS only, for obvious reasons he leaves behind hurt people and people who think he took them for a ride...in other words, a full-on RED FLAG..........and Est is least interested in romantic overtures, professional to the tee, looks at anyone who sends out romantic tentacles with a lot of suspicion and annoyance, and anyone trying to flirt gets an almost brutal rebuttal from him......it does look like love and romance is very special to him....
With such polar opposite characters that Est and William play, their face-off is going to be really exciting!! And then with so many cross-connections of A loving, B, B loving C and so on, we can very well expect deliciously messy thrills!!!

How many times does one expect the 'cute brothers in love' clickbait to work? Mostly lame
Ok, you were probably like me - jumping into this just looking at China and BL, well, don't. The first episode was pretty lame. The only good thing are the production values and to an extent, the cute boys, But it ends there.BL-needle score: 7.5 Reasonably high BL-ness
I mean how many times does one want to do the step-brother/grown-up together-brothers being in love with each other!! And even if you do, wouldn't all the precedence of it need you to make it extremely compelling for people to want to watch it?? This has none of that. The script is all over the place and so is the logic (ok, I still discounted that since a large number of BLs anyway defy logic). I clicked on it with a lot of interest only to have cold water poured on me. Avoid :/

One word - SIZZLING!!! Go watch.....WAIT...WTF was that ending!!!!!!
Damn!! This is sooooooo good.....woof!!! Yes, that's what I wrote after Ep 3 and continued to be convinced till Ep 15.....and then, we had THAT ending!!!! You can watch for how good Hua's actor is, but don't expect too much...and definitely not any redemption. I am downgrading it to 7.5 for that rushed and shitty ending!Please be aware that this a Omegaverse story that involves fantasy setting of men getting pregnant, etc., so check that bit out before you start watching.
BL-needle score: 7. Reasonable BL-ness. Frankly, I'm at a loss with this score for this show since it is hardly a quintessential BL. May be I need to revise the constituent of my BL-needle score. I probably will if there are enough content like this coming our way. :D
This show has all the potential to change how BLs are made and consumed....the script, production, acting, every damn thing is so much more matured than almost 90% of the BL dramas that we see. I have rarely come across BL shows that invested so much in its script, nuance and small details, that I see in this show, which is an absolutely welcome change. I just hope it doesn't get stuck mid-way with the whole censorship miasma in China for BL content.
While the story itself may not appeal to those who have issues with the Omegaverse, I would say that if you are giving this a miss because of that, you'll loose out
