question why was Dao and Arthit acting like they didn't really know each other in the first episode of their story…
They didn't know each other in ep 1. Like they knew OF each other (Dao knew Arthit more than the other way around tbh), but they never crossed paths. If you go back and watch the gang gathered together, you'll notice that Arthit isn't present when Dao is with them and vice versa. They always kept missing each other. The reason is Dao is always busy with work so he rarely meets his own friends, let alone their boyfriends, and Arthit is always either sleeping or traveling lol.

As for why Dao is so cold to him, it's not that he dislikes him, he's just like that to everyone apart from his friends. Plus, he already has a bad impression of Arthit from Beside the Sky.

And no, their story isn't happening parallely with the other ones. They get together after everyone else in their group do.

He can't be out to his parents, but as long they are people that will never interact with his parents, he's very…
But isn't he a public figure? His relationship with Rose was in the news. What if someone just leaks it to the press.

And he isn't really being discreet in public either. Wayu is more discreet than him.

Yes, you articulated what was on my mind well! Vol 2 of the novel has several povs that were important because…
PieGolf aren't bad by any means, but they have a lot of work to do. They're both super new, I think this is only their first or second roles EVER, so I can understand. It's just a shame that all the other actors in the Fourever You universe are very experienced so it's making them stand out a little poorly in comparison

That there is a reason for (it's already kinda hinted at in the show) so it didn't bother me as much.

Wait, wasn't the biggest issue for them that Krit couldn't be public with their relationship? So why is he going around telling everyone he's Wayu's boyfriend lol

A question for novel readers.. What is Nao’s dad’s family background? I know they are wealthy but are they…
It's Nao's stepdad, not biological father. He works for one of Tiger's rival gangs whose leader is a pedophile. He intentionally got close to the twins' mom and married her under the promise of paying off their debts. His real goal was to sell the boys to his boss and get promoted. It didn't work, but Nao had to go to the hospital because of the chaos.

He's now in prison for theft and the reason no one can find more info about him is because he's pretty high up in the gang and knows a lot of secrets, so his boss protects him.

Title Fourever You Part 2 Spoiler
There is A LOT to their story. They’re trying to give us the back story. I wondering how they were going to…
JaydenDan will be very tough to adapt because the age gap will be very icky on screen. The best they can do is age up Jayden.

Title Fourever You Part 2 Spoiler
Idk, something about this arc is falling flat for me. I'll try to put it into words:

1 - Too much to fit into 8 episodes: I know a lot of people thought this about Arthit and Dao's story, but imho, most of their arc once Arthit realizes his feelings was pretty straightforward to cut down. I do think we could've done well with 10 episodes, but 8 is fine too.

However, with TigerNao, there are TONS of important plot points that are yet to be explored. Everything with Nao's stepfather, Tiger's training, his relationship with his brother, the second side couple, Tiger's mom's story. I just don't know how they're going to do justice to all of these since most of them NEED to exist for the plot to move forward. I feel like they could've at least cut out LeoBen or not given them much screentime since they're not super important to the main plot.

2 - Not letting emotions sit: As a result, big emotional moments aren't being given the weight they deserve. Tiger killing someone for the first time is a HUGE deal, but we barely sit with the aftermath. His brother feeling conflicted between protecting Tiger and realizing he's torturing him is intense in the novel, you end up feeling horrible for him. In the show, it's played down to the point where most BL reactors who haven't read the books literally physically recoil when they see Leo.

Also, Tiger realizing that Nao is 'talking' to a girl is a watershed moment where he finally realizes he loves Nao. In the show, we're barely given time to sit with Tiger's emotions apart from one small scene.

A big reason we all cried in that scene where Dao tells Arthit about his mom's soul is because there was proper build up to it and we were allowed to sit with the scene for a full 5-7 minutes. This story isn't being given that treatment.

3 - Wabi Sabi's lack of promotion: This story very much feels like a stepchild of the Fourever universe in terms of how the company is treating it. First off, making the characters so disconnected with the rest of the stories in Season 2 makes it tough for viewers to connect with them. I think the company just assumed that most Fourever You viewers have watched JohanNorth's story because of their popularity and will be excited for TigerNao. But they failed to count for the fact that Season 1 came out in 2024 and people who were excited for TigerNao back then have probably moved on by now. Even if they didn't want to tease them in other stories, they could've at least released a TigerNao cut on WeTV or 'the story until now' special episode to refresh memories.

4 - Flat acting compared to the other parts in Season 2: BeverTonliew and NgernOat are great actors, but what made their stories great is that the side characters were incredible as well. I mean, how many people cried because of Donut and Meen? How many people instantly hated Typhoon's father?

But I feel like this cast aren't quite there yet. Some are just 'okay' (Tiger and Nao's friends + the actor playing Leo/Singha) while some others are actually bad (I think the actor playing Dan is adorable, but he's very unnatural). PieGolf are okay as leads, but they're being weighed down. And tbh, they don't really hold a candle to BeverTonliew or NgernOat. I don't need to say anything about Tonliew's acting. I did mention proper build up to Arthit's emotional scene, but that build up wouldn't have worked if not for Ngern's micro expressions and reactions. And Oat somehow managed to make sure a robotic character didn't come across as flat. I just don't think PieGolf have those chops yet.

it's cute how Tiger realized his feeling, but did we really need some random chick sending Nue text's?? &…
This won't be the last time Tiger feels threatened by a girl pursuing Nao so I guess they just added it for repetition lol

I was waiting for this one for so long. This was the story which intrigued me most . I think the actors really…
I do agree, I think the acting here isn't as smooth the other arcs. But all of those actors have been acting for years and PieGolf are a bit newer so understandable.

I think the bigger issues are the supporting cast (and as adorable as Dan is, he's the weakest link in the cast so far lol)

I agree, MAT's screenplay was great, but Thee wouldn't have worked without Pond!

Wait I'm so confused weren't they childhood friend and they known each other for like 6 years?
Their 'current' timeline is them in third year of university. This is all technically flashback to how they met and became friends.

I mean acting chops in pulling off an out there character while still making him likeable and believable in the context of the show. I don't think Boss is doing a very good job.

Pond recently spoke about how even though others might find Thee ridiculous, everything he does is very serious to HIM, so he put effort into playing him with a balance of comedy and that seriousness. I don't think Boss really understands that and ends up overdoing it.

As for the comparisons, the show is very clearly modelled off of Me and Thee, given how they changed the source material to be comedic to this extent when the novel was more of a regular rom com. So they're kinda inviting the comparisons themselves.

Daotok. You were the quiet, weird one that never socialized. At one point I thought you, yourself, was a ghost…
In Thailand, med school is 6 years so Johan and Arthit would've had to torture themselves for another 2.5 years. It's good they dropped out now lol

I will say TigerNao will surprise you! Their book is my favourite of the 6
Nao just sees Tiger as a friend and doesn't really know he likes him until he says he does lol. Keep in mind they've been friends for 6+ years.

why such a big gap between stories?!? also i think we should've seen both Tiger & Nao pop up from time to…
Unfortunately TigerNao are pretty disconnected from the other couples in the novel too (apart from JohanNorth ofc). Tiger did make an appearance in TofahTyphoon's story, but that was cut from the series.

i think the Wabi Sabi should've at least released a 'story until now' episode with a compilation of TigerNao's scenes in Part 1.
