Misnomers

Zang Hai thought Ping Jin Hou is here because Zang Hai kidnapped his son Zhixing who he had hidden in that very tunnel. ZH goes into the tunnel not to hide but to go up in the front yard to see what was happening. (ZH didn't expect a whole massacre is happening out there, he probably thought it was related to Zhixing.)

So, narratively ZH doesn't survive because he hides in the tunnel. He survives because they mistake someone else as ZH (and the boy sacrifices himself). If let's say ZH took his sister to the tunnel they would keep searching until she was found out and both will be killed.

I didn't say the person is an anti. I said this an uninformed anti narrative. The Heart is a medical drama which did well ( and even got itself a second season) and it's from the same production house. There's also a medical drama with Yang Mi and Bai yu which is mid but it didn't do either well or bad, didn't hear of any controversy either. So i am yet to see any solid proof of this constant fear and alarmism about medical dramas.

Also controversy can happen in any genre. Many republican and military dramas/films get into controversies to the point of getting withdrawn. Everything depends on context and writing. Last year a biographical film on a personality was thrashed but the drama on the same person received 9+ rating on db.

There is no problem with this drama and it's a great crew. Please stop repeating anti narratives.

Whatever drama is happening on weibo regarding casting let's hope it stays that side only and we can just focus on the drama content instead and anticipating the drama objectively.

Time constraints, editing problems, last minute script changes to make it HE (it was originally BE), adding more romance etc all caused a quality dip in the last few eps. I hope there's a day when cdramas stop suffering from this problem as it keeps happening.
