My thoughts so far: NOBODY IS RED FLAG . Lets cut that BS About youjin and Junseo ( its gonna be long):
When they got off the helicopter the first thing on her mind was meeting other guys and that's okay. when she was asked how was the date, she replied that it was fun but it wasn't heart fluttering. She selected Dongho in 2nd selection but he didn't choose her and then Youjin felt sad and she said that she missed Junseo because he was the first winner and he chose her right away and that made her feel special ( her words, not mine)
People seem to forget that after he came back from paradise, she started ignoring him. At EP3 around the table while eating, Junseo was looking at youjin but She literally said and i quote " I sat Far away from him on PURPOSE and didn't look towards him" That action would hurt anyone's ego...
Again in the room when asked whom she wd go to paradise with she said it was between junseo and Dongho but She liked Dongho more and was more interested in him.
Now the Fire pit scene, her being drunk and swinging is exaggerated. There was nothing deep. People are bashing her like she did some crime. However the start was a concern, I mean Placement. Boys were already sat and Girls would choose to sit besides them. Youjin Only Chose that spot because that was the Only spot left to sit, making him feel like the last option and again, I think it hurt his ego. Then when asked whom she wd like to go with, she said in the interview and I quote again " I was going to say Dongho but I saw that he wasn't focusing at me and was chitchatting with Arim so i decided to drink" That night she was talking to Theo almost the entire time touching his arms and with her back turned towards Junseo for most of the Night and which is why Junseo asked the question if she would like to go with Theo. He felt like a third wheel and left and That was the END. His Btch session with the girls are just his drunk mummbling. He was no longer Interested in her and she is invested towards Dongho which is why she again chose Dongho but Again, Dongho didn't chose her.
"Why did junseo ignore her when she waived at him" - He is no longer interested, He wants no part of her. But they can be friends now, sure but when people like someone and they get hurt, they don't even wanna be friends and that's the case the case here . For him ,she is no longer existent. Yeah that was Rude of him but some people do that when they are hurt.
Long story short- THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE! He is Introverted, silent, doesn't initiate talks and she is someone with more energy who likes to talk a lot and that's absolutely fine. Her ignoring him after he returned definitely played a huge part and the firepit incident where she was more focusing on Theo . ( I don't know if she was trying to get his attention from both of those actions but It definitely Rubbed him off in a bad way and that was the end of their story)

Yeah think they're gonna end up together and No she is not red flag. Its a dating show.
About Dongho and Arim: Perfect Match
About Jiyeon and Tae Hwan Surprising pair but I love em. I was very sad first for Jieyon. and Tae hwan looked too Cocky. They are the BEST PAIR this season. I might get bashed but Korean people still have inferiority towards the tanned skin.
Bottom line: Its a dating show . Not a single soul out there is to find a partner. Its just for the sake of publicity and Game. Don't take it seriously because I have definitely seen people taking up socials and Bashing Junseo , even going to his profiles and leaving nasty comments. Like c'mon Its not that serious LMFAO Move On!!!
PS: I do hope Junseo and Youjin clear the air before the show ends though but if they don't I am thinking something definitely must have gone behind the scenes And I am sorry for other contestants, Not my fault the show has given you less screentime
RIP Shengyi I honestly feel for her, She was happy only for a brief Moment of of her life until her insecurities kicked in when new people started joining.. I wish her character had got a better ending but it is what it is. Wish she had never visited her family. Everything changed for worse after that.

Ep 24 being the last of her wd have been shitty way to go. She definitely is one of the Most hated character because people don't like a weak willed coward with victim mentality. But Honestly, its been a long time since I have actually felt sorry for a character. Maybe because there was a time in my life where I cd relate to that. You know sometimes when you're just there and you don't feel part of the group and you feel like your best friend is drifting apart? Just me? okay LOL
we all love strong characters like Mudan but People seem to forget that the status of women back then was way worse and Shengyi is a perfect representation of that.
I feel really really bad for Shengyi. I just hope that was not the last we have seen of her. Because I myself have been in that situation when you feel like you absolute shit. You feel you are not helpful and useful like others and you doubt everything little thing. You see your friend smiling and having fun with others , you don't feel like a part of the group even though that might not be case. and now after all this, the Guilt is killing her....
I really really hope that might not be end of her ...
Ok I didn't wanna say this but Shengyi hate is getting out of hands.. She is one of the most authentic and realistic character out there especially considering that Timeline.
Not everyone is built mentally strong, Not everyone has skill or talent or ability. She's been trampled by her family before, then her husband. She didn't live her own life, she was living for others. With Mudan she began to change but the insecurities and helplessness is still there because she knows she is not doing anything very helpful and now when new people come in to join the group, she recognises how useless she really is compared to them, she feels like she will be sidelined eventually.
Being mentally Tough isn't easy especially when you don't even know what you're good at, what you should be doing when you have been kicked, trampled on and abused all your life.
Flourished Peony is so good. DZG has once gone outdone himself Excellent work... It's been two years since I have been this impatient for the next eps of any series to be released. Flourished Peony is it!!! It's definitely gonna be MY DRAMA of the year... Lixian and Yangzi are excellent And DZG doesn't miss. Great combo
