Well that certainly did it's job. I wanted to go this year but I am loaded with work this year So probably next year Me and my buddies will be going to China, Yunnan. I have been been to china before but haven't visited that province. You See I am a Travel Fanatic and I love to go on Hike , Trek and Travel if I get Long days off from work
Love the actors and the drama. However, the question, that is floating in my mind is did Li Xian have better chemistry…
Depends on what viewers want. I think li xian was bit more intimate with ZYT than he was with LYF. He just went for ZYT when he smelled the signal whereas in Meet yourself He was very reserved because he knew sdnt be complicating it for obvious reasons he respected her wishes and expressed without expecting anything in return . That was very mature of him and went for it only and Only when LYF gave her a GO!
Great acting by Both Leads nonetheless. Li xian you son of Gun, your acting is very very different from other actors and I like it and you're shining in shooting stars as well ! and ZYT I cdn't praise you enough, you character pissed me off at times but you DELIVERED..at this point, I wd put you tier below ZDY.

If you're looking for NO NONSENSE Drama That has simplicity, maturity and calmness . "Meet yourself" is your Go to. Slice of Life at its Best
Now I get people are calling Chinese propaganda and Travel documentary but I didn't mind that all because I myself Love to Travel A LOT! And as someone in corporate job who's in city almost all the time, I tend to go out in nature every time I get days off. So this drama was a Win win for me.
That being said , it is a slow paced drama with slow burn romance. I didn't think any Cdrama wd replace Nirvana in fire as no.1 in my books but 2023 changed that.

Historical is one of my Fave genre and so far this drama has done everything right. Long way to go But this is currently my Fave Drama of the Year so far Just Hope that it finishes strong , no matter what tragedy strikes as long as its Great

I share the same sentiment. It's a shame because it started great now there's Too many Issues after issues .I know they wanna make it realistic but let's be honest here even in the real world Most guys with self respect wouldn't let it go that far.

About that drama , I am someone who prefers NO NONSENSE and as an amid slice life lover who also loves Nature ( especially rural areas) that was a Win win for me..there was Not a single episode where I was angry or frustrated or anything. I get most People prefer over- drama and all spices and ups and downs. That's not me (unless UNLESS it's a different genre like historical and Mystery)
So it was very Nice change of pace to watch a drama with No cliché; fighting, mini break, getting back together, Childhood trauma, revenge, dark past and all that stuffs.

Started off Great just as I expected.
Then got annoying in middle for bit and NO! I am not against women empowerment but things she did AT FIRST she didn't even put ML's feelings into consideration . I mean you do you but don't
let your actions affect others.
Then they cleared the air and then you could no longer put it on FL
Then clichéd stuffs, angry , mini break, trauma , insecurities, get back together for a HE
