I watched the whole 1 hour and 49 minutes and yet I cant help but feel like I mist 30 minutes of exposition. Each character is so unfamiliar that Im not even sure who I'm watching and why they decided to do this and not that.

I just dont get why the demons killed the criminals and made it look like a serial killer. Supernatural beings usually do things while hiding away from human eye but when they attack the criminals right after their trial and burn them all with the same mark there's no way humans won't notice that or leave that alone. Also if demons are supposedly so unfeeling and uncaring for human suffering then why are they taking their time to make the criminals feel the same pain as their victims? Shouldn't hell be the punishment of their bad deeds? So why dont they just kill them in their sleep or wait till they die as they were destined to?

The characters do so many things that feel out of character or unnecessary that I genuinely can't even feel satisfaction over the criminals receiving punishment.

Ah, it must be rough on Cha Seung Won. Carrying this whole show on his shoulders...

Remakes like these are important so that we can appreciate the original more
