I finished all of it, but yeah, the ending hurt 😭 It ended on a slightly hopeful not IMO, but yeah 🤷🏼‍♀️ I stopped watching another bromance drama that recently aired for the same reason as you with Archives though; because I didn't want to suffer through another open/sad ending 😭

I'm personally waiting until most, or if not all of the episodes are out before I watch it 😅 Archives traumatized me enough that I didn't want to go in this one without knowing the ending 😭 Plus, Archives has more of a bromance angle than this one, I believe. And I'm a sucker for bromance, so 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yeah, that's why I stopped watching at episode 30, because I read spoilers/watched on how it would end 😭 I was too invested in the characters to take a type of ending like that 😭

Like the other comment said, it's not a BL, but bromance. But it's the type of bromance where you could easily interpret their feelings as romantic if you wanted to (or platonic, it's left up to the viewer, I think)🤷🏼‍♀️ Though the creators are giving us lots of fan service to tease the audience, as expected 😆

I really enjoyed this episode! But of course it has to end on another cliffhanger 😭 I love Kaye and Phat's bond so much 🥺 Kaye is a fascinating character - so much more to him than meets the eye- and Dew is such a great actor. Tee's acting definitely felt less stiff in this episode and more nuanced. I never thought he was bad, but I like that his character is getting more interesting. Can't wait until the next episode, but of course we have to wait a whole week 😭

You may have a different opinion of them once you finish the show 😊 But yeah, they were getting on my nerves as well for a while there, haha.

Yes, they used to, but the ban was put into effect in 2021, I believe. Word of Honor was the last censored adaptation to fully air before the ban. That's why so many censored adaptations had to be shelved, like Immortality, Winner is King, Eternal Faith, ect. A lot of them had already finished filming too 😭

Well, that'll be refreshing to see Yunxi play a character who's more like that 😊 After watching him play cunning or serious types in Till the End of the Moon and Whispers of Fate.

Oh, I get it 😑 I don't watch much BL - bromance is my preference - but I could see that being the case. That's unfortunate though. It's unfortunate for any genre to get that way. So many production companies seem to just care about the money 💰💰 🙄
