That seems like such a vital part to me... And yes, there was so much tension coming from Yanagi! My first thought was he had the hots for Arikino 🤓 and he wasn't mad or angry about the past... He felt let down, disappointment... Volunteer fell far too easily... there is clearly more to it... We need more! Apparently there is a Manga sequel, but no news of a l/a sequel😕 Still worth. I live for romance, asian dramas, bls, contract marriage tropes, the whole lot.. I'm a naughty k/c/t/j (et al) drama trope addict, BUT what I really wish they'd ease up on is the ALCOHOL!!! That and the BLAME games... Sh¡t happens, but don't take it out on others... Drama is starting ok so far, but it's whether these two can keep their sh¡t together long enough to focus on each other and baby, and not get distracted by nonsensical 💩
Thank goodness someone was showing bl episodes this week!!! It's been drier than the Sahara out there with festive and ny schedules!!!😱 I managed to watch all 6 episodes ( early availability of eps 2-6 if you're a member of the Secret of Us Y/T page) and it was just beautiful... Anyone that's seen the ads/trailer will know that you'll be transfixed by at least one actor whilst watching this! ☺️ The actor playing the 'traveller' fr Singapore has to be THE most beautiful man I've ever seen... Honestly!!! There are comments online asking if he's AI in the 'y/t shorts'😳🤭🤦🏻♀️Silly really, but he has that type of intense beauty... The character that lives in the Grasslands, sweet looking, and It could just be me, but some angles, he definitely gives off an Elliot H vibe (ABO Desire dude)... Anyway, the Series!!! The setting, landscape, beauty, actors, cinematography all fantastic, and that is something Secret of Us does so well... Beautiful people, difficult circumstances in incredible places in stories woven together by love, loss and the fragility of life... I do love their series, but there tends to be an element of sadness that (for some, definitely me!) just brings me to tears... The last episodes were tragically beautiful and frustrating. There are huge clues from the outset that life is far more fragile for some, (sob, again) but living your best life is, whether you are facing adversity or not, is really all we can do. One thing is clear, this production company has an incredible talent for finding good actors, and they need more investment to make bigger and longer projects... Another point to add... How natural and relaxed the actors are with each other, kinda important with a b.l 🫠 Definitely something to watch again, have Kleenex handy, but you'll smile as well 🙂😁🤭

Like so many, spying Meguro's name in that amazing cast list was enough to bump this right up my watch list!😁 And no, horse racing has never been my thing, but barely one episode in (and not even a whiff of the greatly beloved Meguro 😉) it's clear this is a keeper!!!

There are huge clues from the outset that life is far more fragile for some, (sob, again) but living your best life is, whether you are facing adversity or not, is really all we can do.
