yeah but I guess that just didn’t feel like enough of at reason. and when he didn’t sleep at the school where was he? idk it was just weird that he had a grandma and access to a place but was kinda living like a nomad lol. for me, I felt like at least understanding his relationship with her more and his upbringing would’ve been nice. so that’s what I meant by backstory.

do you think it was how she dressed? some of the choices definitely felt odd especially when she was wearing dresses more. but tbh I feel like it was an attempt to feed into the Cinderella vibe. like the baggy dresses and stuff. The material seemed like she was wearing a potato sack sometimes too 😭😂 they just really had to make it clear that she’s #poor is what it felt like lol

I think a mix of feelings. cause he really didn’t know who to hate necessarily. His dad for that, his mom for seeming to keep him from his family, and then of course the grandfather. which makes sense considering how little he knew about anything between them lol
