you know bromance was a term borrowed to mean drams adapted from Gay ORIGINAL WORKS right? this is not adapted from same sex original work but a novel that focuses on found love that just so happens to be btwn 2 men. they are NOT romantically involved AT ALL. friendship dramas and movies have existed for a long time. not everything has to be about sex.

Haters won't rest, I mean I wish but I don't see them letting their hate Bonner for this drama die down, they’re so bitter about it. what they wanted was a BL with a strong plot with talented, attractive leads, specifically THIS show with THESE actors. but at the end of the day, this isn’t a BL, it’s a horror/supernatural drama.
the thing is, they can’t really avoid the BL comparisons either because skynani’s fanbase is made up largely of BL fans. people will obviously make edits, push moments from wu, and trend it in BL spaces the same way High School Frenemy was constantly talked about in BL spaces. that’s why some people will keep hating on it till the end 😔
