Nevertheless, he has superhuman powers that include superhuman agility, reflexes, stamina, senses, coordination, balance and echolocative radar sense. He's fully blind as in he doesn't have the sense of sight, but as i mentioned before, he uses echolocation to experience the world around him.

I was a little disturbed watching that scene in episode 12 where the FL intimately and i believe inappropriately comforted the ML's cousin. She hugs him for far too long, sits by his side patting his leg when he's in bed, and then falls asleep by his side like you usually see from girlfriends or wives when their loved ones are laying in bed after sustaining an injury. And this is all happening in front of her boyfriend the ML.
