I'm almost finished episode 6 but no romance yet. When does it begin? And before anyone says it's a slow burn, i know it's a slow burn. I wasn't expecting any romance before episode 8. I just want to know if it starts on 8, 10, 12, or later.
So Go Ahead had a love triangle between the three? I definitely won't watch that one.
Yes, sometimes love triangles are necessary, but there's no need to add them in every drama. Why have a love triangle in Go Ahead when it wasn't needed? Maddramafan said, "I liked how the girl was the centre for the boys." Why does she have to be the centre? Do the boy's lives revolve around her? Is this some weird fantasy of two guys throwing themselves at her? What's the point?
Loved it. The leads perfectly continued the actions and interactions of the younger actors from part 1. I'm giving this a 9.5 and not a 10 because of the ML's underwhelming confession at the end. I wanted more with more of an exciting realisation of "i love you" confession. Remember to keep watching after the final credits😉
I've rated this a 10 only after completing part 2 the movie, because this is incomplete and it's not fair to rate it without completing part 2. I love the pure innocent romance here. They're always together and i love the FL and her actions and interactions with the ML. Teasing him to be with him😂 i love it. It's like the roles have reversed.
I wondered if a widower who becomes Emperor, can after his coronation bestow the title of Empress to his late…
"It was clearly mentioned that the poison would kill her in 3 more months ,, and she'd not see another 'proper' winter descending, for the dragon whisker flower to sprout."
That's another piece of evidence i forgot to mention that adds even more weight to the theory she died before he became emperor. I'm bewildered how @Unbeliebubble believes my comments were rude. It makes no sense.
I didn't mind the last 8 episodes. I understand what they were trying to do. They just dragged it out for too long.

That doesn't mean she was alive at that time. He could've just ordered them to refer to the already dead FL as empress. That's not enough evidence to say she was alive when he became emperor. What i mentioned in my previous comment is all we were shown, and that's all the evidence we have to confirm she died before he became emperor. There were no scenes of his coronation or anyone calling him emperor when she was alive. I know you wish she stayed alive longer. We all wanted that, but the facts show she died well before he became emperor. Even the sequencing of scenes points to my conclusion.

I don't think so. We saw his coronation when he had his goatee, and that was after she died. When she died he didn't have a goatee. He also looked older and lifeless (it's as if she had been dead for a while and he was miserable) when he had his coronation.
It was good. I didn't mind the episodes after the main story concluded on episode 24. It's just that it dragged on for too long. 28 or 30 episodes would've been enough.
I'm almost finished this. It's very good so far. I just have a couple of things i don't like about it. Firstly, the relationship between the emperor and the young woman, it's weird and doesn't make any sense. I'll leave it at that. Secondly, I'm confused why there aren't any female characters chasing after the ML. There was the general lady, but that didn't last long. You'd think one of the most handsome characters in the show would get more attention. Also, it seems strange that we didn't see any scenes of the FL getting jealous or concerned when the SFL was with the ML? We saw plenty of times the jealousy from the ML when the SML was with the FL, so we should also see this from the FL. It doesn't make any sense and makes it unrealistic.
1) Huge love triangle where FL doesn't set clear boundaries, causing conflict and misunderstandings.
2) The FL probably believed and sided with her master over the ML.
3) The FL getting attention from multiple male characters showing this show is massively reliant on the love triangle.
I haven't watched this, but judging from your comment, this show is based on a love triangle and everyone against the ML.
