That was about the dullest finale I've ever seen, but the perfect way to end an equally dull series. Everything just kind of fizzled out into nothing. So the show was about... friendship. Ok. Not a bad theme, but not truly supported. There were so many friends here in this gigantic cast that the theme could have been so strong, but none of it was really examined in detail. I suppose I applaud them for not giving easy/happy endings to all the characters, but maybe ONE of them could have been happy (I supposed Pond did get his pick of many girls, but not in a satisfying manner). One of the most awkward foreplay scenes I've even seen. These guys looked uncomfortable and as if they had never taken their own shirts off before. Sad. Lots of actors with potential, Micky, Pond, Tim - even Mon if he's given a character that isn't comatose. Thankfully I watched this on 1.5 speed for most of the season. I probably would have dropped otherwise. Direction/editing needed a major overhaul. Best part of the series for me were Mon's biceps. They weren't big or buff, but I found myself gazing at them longingly all the time, and he is in tank tops most of the season, so you get to see a lot of them. Keep working out, Gap.

Kota's reactions got even more extreme in this episode, and I didn't like the sudden shifts from enjoying himself to remembering he "doesn't like" Naoya in that way. It was too extreme for me, especially with how subtle/natural Naoya is. But none of that gets in the way of enjoying this silly bit of fluff. And Naoya is still #1 in my heart. Sigh.
After 1 ep, not very interesting. Too many slo-mo shots for absolutely no reason. Lots of cute fluff with very little substance to it. I'll probably stick around since it's a short series, but not expecting much except fan service from this one.

Yes, I did suspect it was just a translation issue, and I'm willing to cut them some slack. But we all know how important representation is, and that includes the correct verbiage, that's just why I'm sensitive to it.
I know they're brothers, but the real chemistry here is Nuea/Fah. They just seem so comfortable and happy in their scenes together. There is chemistry between Nuea/Kluen as well, but it's so much stronger with Fah. (NOT suggesting an incestuous romance, folks. Just talking about chemistry between actors).
Mon is a bit dull, but he hasn't done anything wrong and deserves some happiness, although I am looking at it…
I don't have an opinion on who's endgame, but it seems to me Saint's purpose was to allow Mon to heal from his past and show him his worth. Only someone who knew him from before, knew what happened to him, what he went through and how far he's come could really show Mon his true self.
Now, why either of the guys would want Mon (apart from being cute and having some nice arms (love the shaved pits!) is beyond me.
